The ending is a bit of a let down, but I don't know if there are enough loose ends to justify a "the movie" treatment like Macross Plus received.

I had all 3 Armada seekers before the great Cybertronian purge which hit my computer room and made me sell almost all my TFs in favor of Macross toys .

Well, now they won't (in my mind) have an excuse for recycled animation. Especially battle animation and transformation animation.

If memory serves right, we didn't get much of those in Macross Zéro.

God I wish I waited for that Skyward redeco. He's my all time favorite seeker.

Sorry, so busy the last few weeks. Haven't been able to spend much time on MW. Anyway, I've just emailed Yamato to inform them of the color issue with Nora's missile pods.

The framework for the review is done, as are the photos. Actually, I'm mostly using Swooshes photos for the review (with his agreement), as they are so good.

I'll try to get the review text finished at the coming weekend.

The video will take a bit longer as I want to get more comfortable with transforming the toy first before I do the video.

Don't worry about the Battroid CAD art. In real life, it looks awesome.

We had the same thing with the VF-0 and YF-19 CAD art making the toys look chunkier than they actually are. Plus that posted CAD art opic has definitely been stretched horizontally.

Personnally, I'm pretty pleased with Yamato's latest releases. I've yet to experience any major flaws with stuff. The YF-19, VF-0A Shin and SV-51 Ivanov are really gorgeous so I'm sure I'll be pleased with the YF-21.

That's a great display LurkerX. Very nice collection.

I won't be buying those. I don't like them, but that's just me, and besides I already own a VF-1S and a YF-19. No need for me to get more.

The 1J has always been my favorite original VF, but my fist Yamato was Hikaru's DYRL VF-1S.
