  1. It has been ages since the last time i post anything here in MWF. I just got my Ghost pack and i loved it. Also just found out both my planes can be put on 1 stand . They looked awesome together.
  2. more pics can be gather here : http://ga.sbcr.jp/g-toys/miyazawa/08/index.html
  3. This really looks nice . Is it for Roy VF0S? Any price out yet? from : http://ga.sbcr.jp/g-toys/miyazawa/07/index.html
  4. oh man... i just finished watching the Macross Plus again (after 10 years)... it's just takes your breath away and brings you into the world that you wish you were there. I guess I was there and i was flying like a bird . Amazing story presented and still stands out strong. So my point is. It's a good peace of art work that should be kept together with the macross that you've bought. Must have for all collector!
  5. man, some great work you got there. wish i have the time and do my own. Your's are superb
  6. A little bit of touch up and some torch light with table lamp on top. Vualah!!! Lighting ain't enough as I don't have proper lamps. Will get some good lights and surely share more.
  7. I really love VF-2SS design and i really hope that someday Yamato would come out something for us. That is my wish and if that day would come, i'm sure tones of macross fan would love this baby. Well, i personally would. The plane looks AWESOME. That's that.
  8. man....it's a beauty ... and I can't take away my eyes off the Ghost for VF0. I hope they come out ASAP as i can't wait already. It's so freaking beautiful.
  9. looks like everyone is getting to love this beauty. Let me express from my 'point of view'. [attachmentid=37393] LOVE IT! just took the photos today and i just pick randomly and still every photo looks superb!
  10. wow.. that's nice... i guess a change of color does make some difference. Cool man, can't wait to see the final out come.
  11. personally, i do think its a hasegawa model. the best way to know the truth is to grab a 1/72 model and put it side by side with the VF0 1/60. I have seen it in one shop fully painted and place beside 1/60 scale but sold off after i return to the shop. Even if it is a bit smller but it does look kinda close to the VF0 1/60. (Lets hope that I am 100% wrong about it :D )
  12. Superb toy need to see/touch it before I empty my pockets again. Well, if Yamato were to come out with one and I hope soon, then i would skip this baby, if not... this will do for now.
  13. Stickers are the same (to me). I've the old and new one. Actually I like MP03 stickers as they are much more thinner but not as sticky as VF0A. Anyway, found the biggest disappointment is my left sholder a bit loose. Need some wood glue i guess. After finish all the stickers (on valk mode), I really fall in love with this baby. Look at that baby, ain't it a beauty? [attachmentid=37312] btw, anyone can link me to a high res hasegawa 1/72 Decal guide for all VF0? thanks.
  14. Does anyone know where I can get any scan (high resolutions) or detail decal guide for all the VF0? Please do post links. Thanks MWFormers
  15. Actually using fingers are much more easy to control and I just use water to make the color thinner. I didn't spay any coating and I'm sure it could be applied on VF1. I don't really dare applying dark lines or weahtering onto a white VF1 or VF0S yet as I don't have the skills to fully control. To me, the grey VF0A is a good start and it won't be that obvious if I over painted it. I'm very sure you will see lots of finger prints if it is on a white surface.. so try use cotton bun to even the weathering. Cheers. It's very rewarding after finishing it and looks superb when you shoot it outside with natural sunlight. Smaller resolution and files size for quicker download.
  16. Thanks, i like to learn more and do better work actually and I know lots of masters are in Macross Forum that could teach me. Well, the tools you need are as show below [attachmentid=37134] The most important tool is your pointing finger (as show in photo) . You will need some cotton buns and also any weathering marker to do the effect. I just apply the maker's ink on to a plastic surface and then use a semi wet (water) cotton bun to absorb the ink. Then apply onto the surface of your VF planes and use your finger/s to even the effect. I guess if you want the panel lines to come out a bit, then you will need to use a small brush (with controled water level) and mixed it with the weathering marker and brush it through. Use your finger again to make sure the color are evenly spread. I'm sure lots of ways we can do weathering and I hope this helps a bit. Cheers and happy trying. p.s. Try it on your fast pack if you don't want to start from the plane. TINNER is important to do correction but if u use too much, you may spoil the surface of the plane.
  17. After a dozen hours of weathering and also sticking the stickers. Finally it came out nice. It's my first attempt weathering so do forgive if it's not like the pros, still a lot of work to be done. will continue take some good photos and put it up as wallpapers together with my VF0S. Yeh....
  18. Finally, A new brother came into the family. It's just superb and can't wait to do some weathering and sticker on it. ... Need to find a better job to keepup to this kind of pocket burning toys
  19. Great to hear lots of improvements and hope to get another reissue VF0S. Got my VF0A and loving it. Just haven't put up the stickers yet. do put up some photos for us on the review later on. Love to see them. Thanks.
  20. Pretty excited as i'm getting mine tomorrow Anyway, the white lines seems to look nice on VF 0A Shin (the sholder, chest and the arm) and I hope they don't come out two version as I'm going to make this one Shin's VF 0A. more pics here : http://jns.ixla.jp/users/anglers326bb652/myweb_033.htm After doing some 'Shin VF0A' searching, OVA video and also HASEGAWA models are my best references. Shin's 'white' lines are limited to just those parts of the plane mention above + side body panels and not the legs or wings. A little touch up of white is in order then to achive my objective My hunch tells me that Yamato is going to come out an actual Shin's VF0A version with Ghost together... There goes a hole in my pocket AGAIN!.
  21. Man, I hope it will pop up soon end of this month in the market. And also with the Ghost coming side by side with it... hahahah... anyway, why does Yamato need such a big box to put the plane, it can be as small as the plane and multilayer to put the assesories. That would be great.
  22. I'm back... and will update the old ones later on. for now, this is my coming projects.
  23. I can hear my wallet breaking already, With 1/60 VF0A, 1/48 angel bird valk, and also the coming Startscream below... it will be the scream of bankrap... http://www.toysdaily.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=47900
  24. Thanks guys for your kind words. Currently my computer crash due to HDD problems. I'm still hoping that all my Photoshop files will still work. Now backing up everything and hope to change my HDD soon. Really bad timing for a HDD crash.
