  1. Same here with the Kampfer...I already have the MG, HG, the Robot Spirits, and the 3rd party MoShow one...do I REALLY need another? I think the answer is YES, obviously.
  2. I get that they are hedging on the exchange rate, but 270 USD seems a bit high for pretax price of 26000 yen which is 175 USD. Could probably get it off Mandarake and ship it for less and earlier too.
  3. I see, thanks for the clarification! I was not aware the gray could turn...whatever that is. It's interesting to see Bandai's different approaches, as the Gundam MBs/GFFMCs I collect often have white paint everywhere. Perhaps their consideration with the DX line is the transformation and paint chipping. That being said, they are never consistent...the recent Metal Robot Spirits TR-1 Hazel has a painted body, but then the Hrududu expansion parts for it are bare plastic....so the color mismatches. Weird.
  4. I thought the point of this release is so that the bare plastic is covered with paint, therefore negating the plastic yellowing. At least that's what I like about the YF-29 Alto reissue, and (I think?) what they did with the DX VF-1 releases. But now looking at the WWM VF-25 release, it seems like it's bare plastic with matte coat. Hopefully it is a UV cut matte coat? A Ozma reissue wouldn't have the same issue since the base color is gray, and it's the glossiness that bothers me most.
  5. I mean, they're totally different. Right? Right?
  6. Will be getting since I don't have an Alto and I hated the bare plastic finish. Hope they redo Ozma even though I have 2 already. Do you think they'll re-release armored parts?
  7. Yeah Hi-Nu as a retail release doesn't have the brown shipper box. My stuff from bbts generally is well packed. Luna Park is notorious for their crappy packing so I will never buy from them seen too many examples to trust them, even after they've taken corrective measures.
  8. Did Yamato ever do a PF version of the YF-21 or vf-22? Most my valks are in fighter mode so I would get a yammie but I just hate their molded plastic finish... The Bandai YF-19 nails the finish, as did the YF-29 and all their later releases.
  9. There have definitely been paint issues across the board and with the face markings being slightly off. Their QC has taken a hit and has been reflected by multiple reviewers. One good example is the entire shipment of the MB Red Dragonics had the flight pack lower stabilizer wings all installed inverted so they splay inwards instead of outwards, so Bandai had to do a recall and replace them all, and delaying the entire 2nd batch so they could fix it prior to sending out. It's not disastrous, but there definitely is a decline in quality as they struggle to keep things going amongst the still draconic covid lock downs in China.
  10. Thanks for posting that I found one on Amazon too. So random it's great. Why a 2020 Toyota Supra? Because pineapple salad, that's why.
  11. Seems like a stretch but I'll be happy if it happens. Cmon Bandai just do it already!!!
  12. Same here, although I already have that in gunpla forrm... Sandrock is the one that's least interesting to me. My guess is Heavyarms comes third, would love Tallgeese 3 after that too.
  13. I have no idea why they decided to do this stupid design with the front shoulder armor split and attached to the biceps of the SOC RX-93FF Nu Gundam,,,paint scratching waiting to happen. Makes me want to skip this, even if I could get it at reasonable price. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING?! (timestamp 10:15)
