  1. That picture was made by Shawn. It was made from two pictures he found that were taken at the event IHP was selling them at. So that one as built by IHP. At one point in time I also had the two original pictures but I don't think I do now. Good luck and I'm looking forward to the pictures. Carl
  2. This is an IHP VF-11 that's a little different from the rest. I've only seen this on Yahoo Japan once and I'm happy to say it didn't get away. Carl
  3. This is a picture of a IHP VF-11 that was on Yahoo Japan back in September 2004: looks like this was the fast pack version... Carl
  4. I want to say you tell me about your "full armor conversion resin kit for the she vf-11" and I'll tell you everything you want to know but that's not the way I play. IHP's VF-11 kit is transformable. It was sold in several forms. It's been sold as a stand alone kit. It's been sold with the fast packs as seen above. It has also been sold with the Armor parts (that is the version I have). I don't think I have the fast packs myself but I believe I know who might. The armor parts have also been sold as an seperate kit by themselves too. These have all been event only releases so they are all quite rare kits but they show up on Yahoo Japan every now and then. Carl
  5. Off the top of my head I believe it was a couple hundred bucks. I'm not sure exactly. I have one but I don't remember if it still has a yen price indicated on it or not. If I can find it this weekend I'll take a picture or two of mine. Scanning my hard drive I found this. Its the IHP VF-11 the full armor kit is made for. This one also happened to come with the fast pack set. Carl
  6. I've seen other pictures of it and yes I may have a few. Finding them though might take some time. IHP used to have quite a few on their website but they closed that site after the became Liquid Stone. I'll post more if I can find them. Carl
  7. Finally found a pic of the IHP kit. You can find everything on this site if you look hard enough. Carl
  8. Do you mean the fast pack? As seen in the bottom right corner here: I'm not aware of a full armor VF-11 conversion kit for the SHE VF-11. There is one for the Bandai 1/144 VF-11C seen here: And IHP also made a full armor VF-11. I can't seem to find a picture of that one at the moment though. If I find it I'll post it later. Carl
  9. They've done that several times now. I've missed them all so far. Are any of the Good Morning America clips on the web anywhere? If not does anyone know if these clips are some of the same extras they are putting on the DVDs? The Good Morning America spots I've seen so far indicate that they are the only place to see them, so I'm wondering if they are being left off the DVDs. The reason I've missed them so far is I have TIVO taping the show and its usually a day or 2 before I find the time to watch it and I don't even know about the Good Morning America clip until after its too late. Carl
  10. Adding in even more reflection... Enjoy, Carl
  11. I'll certainly second that statement... Keep up the great work Mike!!! I really am eager to see where this project takes you. Carl
  12. I was just asked here: http://news.povray.org/povray.binaries.ima....povray.org%3E/ If I could add some reflection to the grid. So I'm also posting this here for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy, Carl
  13. I don't have any animation with the cycles in the arena yet. There are many here where I was testing out how best to animate them. http://www.tron-sector.com/forums/default....o=top&id=306598 Here is one of my first test animations: http://www.wwwmwww.com/TRON/Test3.avi Carl
  14. It only took me a year... and some help... but I finally found what I was after. The trailer is here: http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/rebelassault2thehe/download.html?sid=2533549 ://http://www.gamespot.com/pc/action/r...ml?sid=2533549 Enjoy, Carl
  15. I don't think I've shared my light cycle arena model here yet. I've now combined it with my Light Cycle model. Enjoy, Carl
  16. Thanks... Atleast I finally got to see a CG Alpha. As they should be... they are great! Thanks again. Carl
  17. Do you have the pics? I don't think I've ever seen them and I'd very much like to. Carl
  18. That's it. Makes me wonder what you could do with a Toy Story like concept. Don't get me wrong... I like Buzz and Woody but this blows them out of the water. Carl
  19. Well that sure explains why I haven't seen it yet then. Its a model I sure hope you have plans to make and remember every good Alpha NEEDS a Beta. Carl
  20. Here is the mention of the Alpha that caught my eye... now I just NEED to see what he saw. Carl
  21. WOW!!! Just found this thread again. You most certainly ARE the Mike I thought you were. Earlier in this thread someone meantioned the Alpha.... were is it? I must see... Carl
  22. WOW!!!! That is amazing. I must ask... are you Michael Blackbourn? If so we've emailed before but the last time I think was back in May when you were showing me another amazing animation. It's so cool that you are still working with these models. I can't wait to see what you will do with them next. Do you mind if I post the link for the animation you shared with me back in May? I'll host it on my site if you are still worried about the bandwidth hit. I also must ask... do you have a Legioss or Tread model in the works? If so please share. Carl
  23. On the off chance D'Stance is there could you pick up their YF-21 for me? If you bought several I'm sure you'd have no problem selling them. And please take pics of any Mospeada stuff you see as well. Carl
  24. Very cool info. Thanks. Now that I see it I have seen those SW-XAI pics before. For some reason I don't think I ever knew it was an IHP kit. Believe me that's very common. I've tried contacting them several times myself and only briefly years ago did I have indirect contact with them. My guess is these are kits they made specifically for those magazine shoots. IHP has done alot of that. For example, this kit never saw a production run: They also made a very nice VT-1 kit that I can't seem to locate a picture of at the moment that never saw a production run. I wish they had left their old web page up. They took down alot of good stuff when they became Liquide Stone. Thanks again for all the info. If you ever prove me wrong PLEASE let me know. I'd love to get my hands on those kits as well. Carl
