    This was just answered a few posts back and again a bit before that. NBD, it comes with the Missile Effect Set and Glaug. Some other Bandai products come with it but it is more rare.

    I was barely able to get the red one preordered and it was by luck of catching a shop open an order a few minutes after the initial sellout. I hope I’m wrong but will see tonight.

    Lol! Always a smart move. Whatever the case, yeah it should be 1600 JST and I guess it's not a TWE so it will be another bloodbath considering everyone wants multiples and how hard it was to secure the red one.

    Yep! And the green CF is going on preorder this Monday! With decal sheet for three variants.

    Yeah, definitely just squashed since they use kleenex boxes to ship.

    I got this from Amazon Japan That’s how the box looked on my lawn, lol! Box inside seems fine but I haven’t bothered checking closely yet. The box underneath is in much better condition and that’s good since it should be my Blowsuperior.

    The stand looks like parts from the stand that comes with the Glaug. I’ve seen it included with some other Bandai figures but it’s not very common.

    More pics, less talk about these shops and just buy from whoever you want. NY has a no cancellation or return policy, that’s it. The Valk in question with the severe defects is a 1J that was bought when it originally came out and just now opened if I’m not mistaken. There are very few if any US retailers that would cover a purchase from that long ago.

    Really nice pics @peter! I saw them in the other thread and if the like actually showed who did it, I would use it more often. Anyways, I love seeing outdoor shots. Thanks for sharing.

    How can you be surprised, they are only on the third release and you can't expect them to release two simultaneously? And nearly all are DYRL...again, with only three releases it could have gone either way with "nearly all" SDFM.

    @beatsing I don’t want to go into this much more here but just to clarify, I never heard one report of NY not delivering the 31A or anything else. Do you have a link or reference to someone claiming this was the case for them? Back to the main concern at hand, I’m glad to hear some people are getting shipments or even have the 1S in hand already. I hope I’m one of them soon and I want to get on to seeing the pics of this thing in people’s collections.

    The thing is any vender using PayPal must not take any payment unless they can deliver within 120 days or less (I don’t remember the exact timing but I think @sqidd mentioned it was less). This policy is somewhere in the PayPal terms and conditions but difficult to find. If you find it, just refer them to it for any issue you have past the time limit and they have to pay you because they allowed a vendor to break their rules. I haven’t tried myself but I went through an issue where a shop shut down with a ton of preorders from a lot of people and someone pointed out they got their money that way. I got my money by contacting my credit card company. I’m not sure what the time limit for cc companies are but I think that time starts after you get an item. If you paid for an item that was never delivered, I’m pretty sure any credit card company with reimburse you. I know these methods work and have seen the PayPal policy but haven’t tried looking for it again because I haven’t put myself in a position to need to since that one time.

    @sqidd, Remember there is another technicality with Paypal. Any vendor that is charging for items they can't deliver within that time period is violating their policy and if you point out to Paypal that they allowed a vendor to violate their policy, Paypal has to reimburse you.

    Yeah, that's a really smart way to go. Sometimes, paying more for less is better than paying less for a bunch of stuff I can't even see! One of my "rules" since getting back into it a few years ago is only getting what I can open and play with too, which is still the plan but I'm just falling behind on it so I'm realizing there is not enough time or space for me to actually play with everything I like. So...I need to reevaluate and adjust some things in the near future.
