Don’t forget that not only did MyKombini cancel those VF-31A orders, they also gave the reason that they didn’t have the stock and then relisted the item the next day at a much higher price. That puts them down to the lowest of the low in my book.

Thanks for the info. There were a bunch of people posting about placing the orders over 24 hrs ago though and I’m just curious if those orders were mostly filled or not?

Ok, Will see how it goes. I was thinking that everyone who preorders the preorder will get it and it’s the reason I’ve been getting my orders cancelled even though I place it right when Bandai opens their sales.

Ok so people are preordering the preorder? I did not know you can do that and it probably explains why the last several orders I tried to make there right when the item went live were cancelled.

I personally rate nin-nin lower than NY but most people are all about what have you done for me lately and it seems nin-nin has been better about a few things recently. NY has in about the last 5 years of Macross items, had issues with a total of 2. I’d personally go with just about any other option before those two at this point.

Looks to be the case. As well as extended seats for Battroid mode. This just got real interesting and gonna make the release a lot more desirable.

haha, some of us definitely know the feeling. @DYRL VF-1S, you always got the grounded approach. Anyone outside of Japan should feel lucky anytime they can get their hands on any Macross release.

While I think that is pretty messed up too, I don’t doubt it happens. Especially with smaller companies where there are a few people dealing with customers, they will start remembering people who keep hounding them. Catch them on a bad day and they might just do something to spite you. Even worse if they are already disgruntled employees for whatever reason. Who knows exactly what the situation is in these shops but it’s highly likely this time isn’t a kick back, stress free, chill season where they get one ticket asking where the item is and rush to politely answer the one guy who asked about it.

This. It’s not about offending them but it’s the busiest time of the year in the middle of a pandemic worse than we’ve seen in our lifetimes. Is some toy that just came out a week ago in Japan that has to go through proxy’s to get anywhere else and shouldn’t be sold to anyone outside of Japan really that big of a deal that anyone needs to be sending messages asking about it right now? I’m waiting a couple weeks into the new year before I even begin to think about asking about any of my pending toys.
