I only have one copy of the Cat's Eye and it's a recast. I'm actually planning on building that one. Maybe during summer vacation...

Here's my modest collection. It's grown considerably since I took this photo a few years back. I also have 2 of each Moscato Macross kit and the 1/72 Cat's Eye and Mike's 1/72 Monster...

It's just that, if you don't buy them when they're released, they'll sell out. If you wait until later, you'll have to pay through the nose to get them. And that's only if you can find the kit... That's why my collection is so big.

So is anybody gonna be brave enough to recast the TV head? I don't wanna spend big bucks on an exclusive but I'd be interested in making my own custom TV 1As of Max and Kakizaki...

Are you talking about the decals that come with the VF-1D?

That cockpit is something else. I wonder how many of us it would take to make an episode 1 remake. Somebody would have to manage the whole thing and just divide up the work among volunteers.

I always thought the same... I've never seen anything to indicate otherwise.

Yes, that's part of my reasoning behind the Kamjin figure: to build up to a 1/72 Glaug at a later date. Oh, and I had envisioned a price for the figure of about $50-55. Wow, Major Tom must be psychic. Mr. Moscato, we were talking about your kits at the MWcon and he said you would release the figure first and then the Glaug. Then, bam, it's announced the very next day... VOODOO

Looking at that video, I realize I sound like a total A-hole when I don't win. I'm sorry to RuskieAussie and everybody else. I had a great time and was happy to contribute to the con.
