I don't know if this might help anyone, but I had some CDjapan points that were due to expire on January 1st, so I wasn't going to be able to use them for the Spartan release. However, a couple of days ago, I tried to order a Wave Macross model, which the site said was available at the supplier. Today, I got an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled as the item is unobtainable. The good news is, the CDjapan points were returned, but have a new deadline of one year from now, meaning I can use my points for the Spartan after all!

Sigh, I was totally going to order it from Nippon Yasan at their great price, but then it sold out. https://www.nippon-yasan.com/figures/7455-macross-7-vf-19-kai-nekki-basara-special-with-sound-booster.html To be honest, I thought it would have sat around forever and was just waiting for it to be discounted further. Is Amiami the only place that might have it right now for a decent price? That is to say... does back order mean that they'll probably be able to get it? If so, I think I'll order it... BOMBA!!

Opps, sorry. No offense intended. I was just making a joke and trying to justify not buying the Hikaru figure at that great price, because I actually really want it, but I want the Arcadia VF-0A coming out more. Great pics, jvmacross!

I was totally thinking about getting the light up pilot suit too, because it looks really cool. However, I think it hits the comment that action figures are just dolls for guys just a little too closely... Also I told myself that I would never be that guy that buys pervy anime dolls, and this is a step in the wrong direction.
