It was ok in my book too...nothing to rant and rave about, and nothing to defend the haters either who have placed valid points of crap about the movie. I have the DVD also, its worthy of being played in the background if I'm playing WoW or something.

I'd like to take a break from this well versed socio-political discussion and geek out a bit and ask the following question. Who else is dying for an all out battle? I mean really we are due for something big when the two Battlestars attack the Cylon Ressurection ship. I want nothing more then at least 15 minutes of space combat, an insane amount of Vipers and Raiders on screen that my eyes pop out. The ship to ship side of the fight should dwarf anything that we have seen now which has basically been clips of one ship firing a volley at another before a fold. Anything less and I call Adama having small hands and Cain is the second coming of Anatole Leonard!

No worries...good to know he takes out a captain too, lol! Up to ep 35...after thinking about what Soul Society is, where it true I certainly do not look forward to dying. Its basically a parralel world where the same types of classist/dangers that exsit here continue. If where the Hollows live is some type of pergatory, and hell is still hell...I do not think Soul Society represents heaven at all.

Gotta agree with SD on all his points about Anna Lucia. Then again wasn't she LAPD? LOL! Hurly has been on the island for almost 3 months and he hasn't dropped a single pound! Last night we saw the prelude to a romance with the blonde shrink, more evidence that the show is going to be more dramatic versus the edge of your seat mystery. I hope that is just premediated bitching, next week looks like a good action packed episode.

Saw the re-broadcast last night. Great episode! You can feel the tension between both crews during the stand off. Ya know the Blackbird doesn't look THAT bad actually...hats off to Starbuck for such a crazy mission, up the Cylon's nose and out again! Wonder how much more of that composite armor they got? Roslyn is playing her trump card and sticking with Adama for obvious reasons. Cain's command has been the direct opposite of what Adama has done since the Cylon Attack. In fact aside from killing civilians and taking FTL drives, I think Adama probably would have stripped the other ships of all other necessary equipement in order to engage the Cylons. Cain is mental. I feel that while she might be tactically sound to lead in combat, she has cracked already in all other aspects. I don't think any rational commander would resort to the acts she has done, wartime or not simple fact is you kill people so quickly during a near genocide your not really working on all cylinders. The last couple of minutes of the show with the scenes splitting from Adama to Cain was one of the best build ups I have EVER seen on a tv show. Fisk I feel will not go through completly with the order, Cain's mistake was letting him pick the Marines. Cain will not "have a bullet put in her head". She will be arrested and tried for war crimes. She'll escape in a Raptor and frag a Cylon vessel. Pegasus will be part of the fleet! Wishful thinking I know but it works for me! Oh, yeah...whoever thinks "Six" isn't hot or do able needs to have their testicales examined. You mean to tell me if that blonde didn't offer there would be no takers?

Only differance I see here between the mpc and the classic version I still own is that Black Lion is "thinner" and the Blue Lion has a sparkling finish to it. Looks good, but not enough to retire my old school one.

I got Season 1 and 2.0 on DVD, and will probably buy the second half of Season 2 as well. No harm in snagging an ep or two online. Anyways its on tonight at 11pm.

Woot! Got to Episode 33! Really glad to see Ishida's powers totally rock that one Soul Reaper. Cool flashback episode too with Renji/Rukia. Really adding allot of depth to the characters. Episode 33 itself was hillarious. Kanonji's Hero Team is a riot!

Trust me, I dl'ed all the updates for Win MP, DivX, Quicktime, and even my DVD player. All still gave me the same result: invalid file format, no avi detected, etc, etc...either way its a mute point now, I deleted the files completly. Gonna just grab them individually.

error code 0199C or something like that...looked it up and pretty much found out there is no fix for that.
