For those who visit Galactica.tv forums beware of the topic "variety confirms entire cast returns" the first post isn't bad and contains good info about ratings and such. Then Mr. a-hole chimes in in the SECOND post and hits me and anyone else who hasn't seen the entire series yet with what I assume is a major event!!!!! So for anyone who visits that site BEWARE!!!!!! I don't understand why it is so hard for people to just wait and see WHY! Too many people need everything to be wrapped up and spelled out for them immediately. I guess that would be TV's fault since that's how it's been for so long. I for one think it's refreshing to see things slowly unravel over an extended story arc. Be patient!! Sheesh! Chris

Addressing BS Pegasus, Galactica.tv had an interview with Moore sometime ago and inquired about the possibility. Moore said something like what Opus and Knight said. If he does it it wouldn't be until late season 2 if not season 3, and possibly it might have a different name. As for renewal........YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are rumors about NBC wanting it now for network broadcast and first run rights. Not sure if that is a good thing or not. As long as they don't lighten it up for a younger prime-time audience. Galactica's Mk VII's were destroyed but you can clearly see Mk VII's patrolling the fleet as it was being assembled before they joined Galactica at Ragnar. You can also see several Mk VII's in the final battle of the mini, attacking with the Mk II's as the Vipers attacked the Cylon force and make Comat landings in both the mini and in "33". Chris I know it's not important but was just curious what you guys thought.

I was wondering, how many MkVII vipers are left. In the mini it looked like they had several, and we only "see" Mk II's being destroyed in subsequent battles, but after this past episode when Tyrol was talking to Lee about all the Vipers being down, he made it sound like Lee's was the only Mk VII. Could just be missinterpreting what he said. Any thoughts? Chris

I think that was the point that the President was trying to make to both the Adama's. Without being blunt about it. And as for Happy's remark about Helo and the Cylon. I think most if not all of us here could figure out it was NO accident that he survived the cylon attack in the bar. I haven't seen past this episode yet, but as someone else said...keep watching. I think you are to use to things being wraped up all neat and tidey at the end of each episode...ala trek. That's the difference between episodic tv and a Saga which is what Galactica is. Chris

I understand, but still don't like, why the series was aired first in the UK but we also had to wait over a year after the mini aired before we got it on DVD! Because these aren't on DVD? Show me where they are. I can't believe they would publish them on DVD before they've even aired. Sorry...for some reason, I thought you were downloading the original series. On a side note, DVD plans are in the works already...Uni and Sci fi already knows they can sell the first season (after they air of course) and six scripts ordered for the second season before US air date of first is almost unheard of. I hope it catches on, and I hope it gets good. I could use a good scifi weekly TV series! (and all the models to go with it! ) Here Here!!! I'm really looking forward to the series and some hopeful models also! The mini and from what I've heard the series is exactly what I've been wanting for Sci-fi....the genre not the channel...for a long time. Too much sci-fi ended up having forced comedy or too many cliche's (spelling) ie...techno bable or they are scifi/adventure, to me, meaning light-hearted. So far I'm really impressed with this. I love the new Galactica! Loved it when it came out a year ago. Bought the DVD still love it! NBC's edited version wasn't to bad but I hope no one bases thier opinion of the new show off of it. It was a little jumpy at times by cutting scenes or even moving them around alittle. But still not bad. Chris
