    - It's war time, but I don't feel they are (both sides of them) on alert or something. They stil dilly dally around. - So far I don't see why the writer made Mirage as a Jenius. The way the show is now, she could be anyone else and still doesn't effect anything. The lack of combat scene also prevent her from developing piloting skill.

    I wonder how runes will actually look in real life. Will it be like several hair strands end up in the glowing 'lantern' or a single thick tentacle (similar to Predators' 'hair') ?

    Daaaamnnnn..... -02 and -03 looking really sweeet.... Never thought the color scheme of -03 will look so good.

    I think in the legacy warfare, the Destroids could be the backbone of the fighting forces. But with the emergence of space warfare, the lack of speed,agility & versatility renders them more suited to defense purpose. I would like to think the destroids as mobile weapon platforms that you can move around the spaceship depending on the defensive strategy. Daedalus attack also involves lots of destroid. They are certainly better than fixed weapon turrets. Related to this non-transformable machine, I also would like to see some non-3-changer mecha in Macross, maybe 2-changer ? Konig monster is one of the machine that I think would be suited as aircraft-gerwalk only, no purpose for Battroid mode (as far as I can see).

    Hmm....which might implies that the 31A's calf bays also store multidrone...

    IMHO, when the container is stored, gunpod is facing forward, so it can be fired. When container is flipped upward, the gunpod will be facing backward. But then opening the container essentially turning the gunpod 180 degree to face forward again. Somehow I like the design of 31A compared to Kaos 31. If not counting the Var-syndrome, this could be a better machine against Drakken. While Kaos 31 has drone charger in the container, what is carried in 31A's ? more Micro-missile launcher ?

    Oh.. I see. I thought the C/F/E/S is something like "performance-test" while A is the production model, akin to VF-25A vs G/E/S/F. That makes sense since they have to provide "Ground-support" for Walkure. It is interesting to see that while Delta's 31 is low-speed optimized, the rival Draken (with its' delta wing) is high speed oriented.

    I'm still waiting for (at least) a single AK going KIA. Between AK vs Delta the score is 1 - 0.1 (Delta gets 0.1 for poking Keith's eye) If we consider how the AK wreck wave after wave of NUNS fleet, the kill ratio is even more embarassing for the Delta squad. C'mon SK-san, make Delta do something we can be proud of.

    They can squeeze even more money by releasing Delta02 with Messer pilot as a regular, then repackage the same Delta02 with the same 31J's Hayate pilot as Limited ....

    Do you guys have prediction on Chuck's DX ? Will it come with Radome container only, Standard Rifle container only, or maybe with both ?

    My few thoughts on this episodes : - Did Keith get suspicious about Roid when he asked "Does Lord Heinz know about this ?" - At least from my understanding of the visualization (when the AK also affected by Heinz's song), the song accelerate the aging of Windermerean. - In the middle part, there's relation built between Haya & Cassim along with "I will still kill you in the air". But when they get on the fighters, it's Haya vs Keith again. - Sadly, Arad & Chuck is still window-dressing and Mirage is the mannequin - Favorite part ? Mikumo/JUNNA solo singing. - Delta02 crashed again

    I really hope they get it right on first release. I was completing the DX VF-25. Just a month after I completed the whole Skull squadron (the 1st version), Bandai announce the Renewal version.

    Yes, hopefully they are tough. Any issues reported on the DX YF30 'scorpion-tail' hinge ? Maybe we can reflect from that. Same thinking about the armor pack, it even has low screentime in the anime too,unlike gratuitious Frontier.

    Somehow I like the way the container stored at the back horizontally like this. It's like a dragon slayer carrying a buster sword on it's back ... I'll be waiting for Messer's 31.

    I do would like to see Windermere attack Vajra planet, they'll be facing off against Frontier's Skull squadron + Sheryl-Ranka. By the way, is VF-31's main rifle usable in fighter mode without being flip over to the dorsal ?

    Maybe NUNS should develop Fold jammer small enough to fit in each fighters. The jamming capabilities should only need to protect the pilot from being affected by Heinz song. On the galactic domination, I wonder how Windermere will manage that with such a small military force ? Are they going to spread the apples & water all over the galaxy then have Heinz sing everytime ? Conquering is one thing, but keeping hold is more difficult.

    Delta lost 20% of personnel but combat capabilities drop by 37% ? I wonder why they think about losing combat capability now, after Messer's death, and not when they reassign him somewhere.

    The death was expected, the last 2 episodes are mostly about Messer. I think it's a bit rushed. He got Vars, he got cured, he got reassigned, he got back, he got killed. On the other side, it's a terrible decision by Chaos to reassign Messer, the top ace, while there's no immediate replacement around. Especially when the war is escalating. Even by counting number alone, the Knights have advantage over Delta (6 vs 5, 5 can keep Delta busy, while 1 can sneak in to kill Walkure). If Vars is the reason, they could have him on-standby as backup, or fly close to Walkure.

    Best episode so far,ties up everything from previous episodes. The only thing I feel lacking is the song, doesn't integrate well with the action. the sound booster folds like origami when stored... Not sure about Hayahaya the only one in Delta with holographic helmet
