  6. I don't remember what the Beta's were going for (3 digits for sure), the VF-1Js were $29.99 and the armor was $9.99. i can head back there if you're interested in the betas
  7. Sweet!!! I'm picking up some cabinets this weekend for my valks, going to have some gerwalk poses in there now. Thanks for the idea. Yeah, I need to work on my a knots, need to find one that will be secure but still allow me to tweak the tension to adjust angles. I saw that 3m is making clear mini-hooks with clear tape, this will help with getting better line pulls. Let the games begin!!
  8. I hear you, i don't have many MIB, so i was conflicted as well. If i'd paid current ebay prices, HELL NO, i would have left it in the box. But how many times in this life will we great opportunities. Thanks, I've been luck on here as well and now I can justify buying the Stick/Scott version, lol I've gone to this store off and on and had no clue he had this tucked away, crazy huh?!? LOL, sorry SS this is my new go to store, lol... jk, im in Hampton rds, Worlds Best comics in hampton LOL, no boss, I waited 20min to open it, it took me 3 tries and over an 1hr to finally get everything to fit Nope, I searched and searched, the only thing left are 2x Robotech Betas, 1/48 VF-1A and Super/strike armor, toynami VF-1J max and miria, and a whole lot of toynami 1/100 VF-1 super/strike armors
  9. That's my end goal, I'm just trying to figure a way to pose them but still keeping the strings/stand hidden as much as possible. Here's some possible choices, with this back drop.
  10. Damn you!!! Why must I bend to peer pressure?!? It was under a bunch of Spider-man comics and it was $99.99. i had to ask it the price was right, the guy thought I was haggling for a cheaper price. He said that he's had it since it come out, he drop the price a yr ago hoping someone would buy it OMG!!! Didn't even last 20min, it took me longer to transform it,
  11. They say imitation is the best form of flattery, so I'm copying like a freshman in Algebra class... Still need to refine by technique but thanks to Gakken85 I'll find my way.
  12. hehehe , I would have never believe that a comic store here in VA had a MIB VR-52T. The price was amazing i had to pick it up. And thanks to JasonC, he will have friends soon. But for now...MUST FIGHT TEMPTATION OF OPENING AND TRANSFORMING TO RIDER ARMOR!!!!!
  13. LOL, I place a bid for 17,000 JPY and someone outbid me. hhhhmmmm, very interesting. LMAO
  14. Still no word on a per-order?? Anyone hear anything yet?? Thanks again
  15. "It has begun!!!" I've started displaying my small collection (in comparison to 95% of the folks on this board). First thing I noted is that, I need more cabinets and to add the doors (lol). Also, I have to swap the VF-1A Hikaru with a VF-1S Hikaru. Still not sure if i want to take the 1/60 VF-1J and VF-1S (folker) out of the boxes to display (MIB baby). The top shelf will be a VF-25 display, figure 25S,25F and YF-25 (when it finally shows). Not bad start so far, I'll post more as it grows. VF-1S - 1/48, MPC, the man himself VF-1J - 1/48, MPC, nopaint kit VF-1S Hikaru - 1/48, MPC, 1/60 VF-1A - 1/48, MPC, 1/72 Zero - 0S and 0A Plus - 19 and 21 YF-1R MPC SDF-1 w/mini monsters
  16. Again!!! I'm still waiting for mine, aggghhh why preorder?!? http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/item_s-1722725.html
