  1. X-Men:Origins Wolverine 3-3/4" Comic Figures

These were unveiled recently. The Marvel Universe line has the current X-Force Wolverine, while the comic segment of the Wolverine:Origins line has most of the classic costumes already in the first waves. I like this approach since it does not take away space for other characters in the Marvel Universe line by clogging it with versions of Wolverine, now he has his own dedicated line.

Hmm that deadpool is based off the cable/deadpool costume which is my favorite version. I wonder if that's the one in the movie, I saw the trailer in crappy quality on youtube, and I don't think they showed costumed deadpool.

  2. Ngee Khiong has 1/100 0-Raiser pics up

    And some info:

HG 1/144 GN-X III EF Color Ver. - January release, 1,200 Yen (without tax)

MG Sinanju / Unicorn Ver. Ka Customized Action Display Base 1 - January release, 700 Yen (without tax)

Double 0 + 0-Raiser looks pretty dumb, am I the only one who thinks this? The attachments on the drives look too bulky, and the cockpit in the back looks like all erect-like. Not very streamlined, just overkill.

  3. I saw it, and found it quite entertaining. Probably one of the most violent movies ever, sometimes way over the top. It's also campy, horribly acted, and ridiculous at times. Everyones probably gonna hate it, but I like it. Ray Stevenson plays a good punisher, and that's coming from a Thomas Jane fan...

  4. So i got the new Robot Damashi 00 Gundam today, and I must say it's a nice step up from MSIA. Joints are tight, good articulation, nice detail. The size is about the same as the EMSIA line, but smaller than the GNU Dou figs.

The one thing that bugs me on the 00 Gundam is the fins that stick out the chest. They dont angle outwards enough and are too long, which kinda blocks the head. All in all, a quality figure.

  5. If anyone has a new or near new VF-1S Fokker I would be interested. I prefer it be complete with box in great shape as well. PM me if you have one to get rid of. I use paypal.

    Check your pm.

  6. I grew up in the OC, and now live in the inland empire (which sucks but is only 15 minutes from Frank and Sons!). As far as living, L.A. is pretty ghetto. However, you can't beat the night life, food, and just the sheer amount of stuff to do. As far as the Japan/Chinatown, I guess it's comparable to any other place. If you can afford to live here, why not? Everyone wants to live in so cal.

  7. So I'm really digging the revoltech 19, but the one thing that still bugs me is the fast pack color. So here's my question:

What would be the best method for painting them? The plastic is kinda rubbery, I think you'd need a certain type of paint. Also, I'm wondering if I should prep the pieces before painting, or just slap some primer on and go from there.

    Your opinions please. Thank you.

  8. I strongly reccomend to all Metal Gear fans - if you don't want to be spoiled, stay off the internet. There are people going around and posting spoilers in every single Metal Gear-related topic, regardless of the risk of getting banned.

Personally, I love spoilers. So I read EVERY spoiler thread out there. I practically played the game already. Doesn't ruin my experience at all. It's like having your cake and eating it too!
