Personally, I think that the industry is just plain greedy. Most movies cost over 10 million dollars to make and you don't end up paying more to see a movie from a weka studio than you do for a movie from a successful studio. Games should be around $25.00 and if the developers and publishers get burned, then they should make better games. That's what the movie studios do.

SONY PS3 all the way!!!!!!! It's the most powerful of the 3 next gen systems, it's the sexiest and a true next gen system......plus Blue ray technology is the cherry on top. (A+) XBOX 360 is really XBOX 1.5 It looks like MS sacrificed power and innovation for speed which is a mistake IMO. At least the box looks great. (B-) Revolution is the weakest entry. No style, no grace, no revolution, no nothing man........unless the controller's rumor proves true. Still, I give Nintendo the thumbs down but at least they finally jumped to DVD's and online. (C-)

This revloution design is just plain vanilla. B - O - R - I - N- G Did Nintendo not hire a designer to give this new system some style. It looks like they stuck it in a black case and called it a day. I sure hope the final design has at least some style to it, otherwise Nintendo is just plain lazy and unoriginal. Kudos, for Nintendo finally pulling their heads out of their butts and using DVD's man!!!!!!! It's about freaking time. Furthermore, Why are they making the mistake that MS did with the Xbox and requiring you to buy a peripheral to play movies. Nintendo just has freaking issues. They take little steps but never dive in like SONY and MS have. At least there is hope when they release the controller, so let's hope that "it is" revolutionary because so far, the system is not. I guess Nintendo just does not care and will probably revert to being a kiddie system with occassional Kicha$$ first party games. They will most likely remain 3rd place and have already admitted that the next gen fight is between SONY and MS. Talk about having low self-esteem. I still give it to SONY to "own" the next generation. For those of you that are PC harcore gamers, I give you kudos because you must love spending all of that time and money to keep your PC's on the cutting edge and have the latest patches and drivers. I would rather spend that money on Robotech and Macross stuff and more games. Plus, what a pain in the a$$ when PC games crash or don't run correctly man. Give me a console and day. That is true plug and play!!!!

HUH???? Everybody knows that the compartment (flips up) next to the DVD slot (to the left) is where the Memory cards (duo, CF, SM) will go. The question is where the 2.5" HDD will go.

Yes, this is the final console design and it's one sexy beast. SEXY!!!!!!!!!! I can't help but see how Ironic it is next to the Xbox 360. It's like SONY and MS got together and did the exavt oppisite. MS put thier Xbox360 on a diet and gave it a waist, while SONY took the PS3 and feed it like a pig, giving it a belly. As for the boomerang....... I mean controller, I actually like the design because of the important aesthetic design. It looks like a boomerang, it feels like a boomerang, so it should work like one right? When you get pi$$ed at a game and throw your controller against the wall or T.V., it will actually come back to you instead of getting damaged. NEWS FLASH!!!!!! " 14 year old kid ends up in the hospital with a severe concusion when his controller hit him in the head when he threw it across his room and he forgot to duck as it turned around!!!" My question is where in the hell does the 2.5" HDD go? I look and can't tell where they put it. I see nothing in the front but the bay for the cards. Nothoing in the back but the power, AVI and ethernet connectors. The sides have the fans openings, so WTF!!!!!..............The botom ala Gamecube maybe???? This looks like a winner. SONY 1 Microsoft 0. Go SONY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, what did you expect for a series that is getting cancelled. The Actors and writers are pi$$ed off so this is the end result. Crappy scrpiting and uninspired acting. I don't blame them one bit.

Just finished the other Star wars game, you know "lego my eggo" and I can't believe that they showed (MASSIVE SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!)........... that Pregnasaurus Amadela died man. I kind of remember that she had died before but forgot about it but that game just ruined the ending for me man. crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, I am defenetly staying away from the SW ep3 game. hmmmm......I must say that I didn't really see anything special in the way of XBOX 360 games. Even the frame rate seemed awfully slow. At least the unit itself ended up being the pics we all saw leaked last week on the net so there was no real surprise there....but I still like it's sexy appeal. Let's just hope it can walk the walk this holiday season.

I am not basing films on their popularity. I saw them and gave my opinion. Did I mention The Duellists? No, because I thought it was a godd film. White Squall was not good. I suggest you stop trying to bait me into lashing out and putting you in your place AGAIN because you can't hang. I am just giving my opinion instead of relying on explosions and eye candy to peak my interest.....and trying to make fun of others because of a lack of education. One more thing. Smileys don't gauge a persons intellect, it's their education. School, it does a body good. Now, back to the topic: Ridley Scott.......great director James Cameron......great director Steven Spieldberg......The greatest. Why? His movies are indeed more than good stories. Most of his movies have been ground breaking. He has excellent plots, excellent actors, excellent sets and a vision that gives him the ability to draw us all into a movie both visually and emotionally.

Wait a sec. You are giving him way to much credit. Sure he is a great director but influencial?........no. How about these flops and duds: White Squall.... Legend.........ok GI Jane......... Clay Pigeons....... Hannibal....... Matchstick Men....... 1492: Conquest of Paradise.......... Now, he has jus released Kingdom of Heaven and guess what, it's yet another craptacular movie. Ridley's best movies are Alien and Blade Runner. Face it, the title of most influencial director and even better yet, greatest director of our times goes to THE MAIN MAN himslef, Steven Spieldberg.

I recommend the Bandai valks. I gave my then 4 year old kid a Bandai CF as an entry level valk and it's nearly indestructable....nearly. Of course, the gunpod and heat shield were hidden from him since they would be missing in minutes. It has neeb almost a year and there are only a few scuff marks on it (when he tries to see if it really flies) but otherwise, it's in gret shape. Now the Yammie's will be hands off until he becomes a responsible teen.

IMO, the Xbox 360 is not REALLY a revolutionalry next gen system. Why? 1. Uses standard DVD's. 2. No HD support. Yes, J. Allard said they would support HD but it's not out of the box........but more like that Bull$hit they pulled when you HAD to buy a freaking controller to play DVD's. Fu*k that man!!!!!!!!!! It's just going to be another system with more RAM and a bitc*ing video card. BIg deal. I will take Sony's Blue Ray PS3 system anyday. Sure, it will cost more to produce but think about it. In 2 years, BLue-Ray/HD-DVD will be the standard (they are repordedly finalizing a deal where one standard will be greenlighted). Who wants to buy a blue-ray/HD-DVD DVD player when the already own multiple DVD players including the DVD XBOX 1 and 2? If you have a PS3, you are all set baby!!!!! SONY is being smart by releasing the PS3 next fall. That way, they will be in a better position to kepp leading the charge with a bigger game library and revolutionary technology. Sure they will be late but will catch up quickly because in this market, the quick are not necesarily the winners..........Saturn anybody?? There are already rumblings that the PS3 will be a lot more powerful than the Xbox. SONY will do for blue ray, what it did for DVD's in the turn of the century.....move discs!!!! My money is on th PS3 to take 1st with Xbox 2 in well.......look at the name.....second (pun intended) and Nintendo 3rd unless they get their act together and leave the little kids to play with the GBA and a lollypop, instead of catiring to them with consoles.

Yes, the opening level when you are running on the outside of the tanker is really bad. I laughed my a$$ off when I saw that but it started kicking a$$ when you go inside and the rest of the game as well. I guess the Xbox is not water proof.

Graphics wise, are both the PS2 and Xbox versions pretty much the same? I heard that the Xbox version's superior graphics were not used, so both console version look pretty much the same. Anybody know?

It's official....sort of. The game sucks!!!!! Reviews are coming in and boy is it getting hacked up.....especially by IGN. Yikes!!! Reviews link Looks like it is defenetly a rental. Too bad because I really wanted to buy it and hoped that a decent SW game had finally crawled out of the crap that SW games lurk in, with a couple notable exceptions which are the KOTOR series and the Nintendo rebel series. Oh well, at least the movie was f*(&$ng awsome. Iwish I could talk about it but I don't want to ruin anything for you all. You are in for quite a treat. Anakin becomes Darth Vader............spoiler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehehe

Still no reviews from any interenet or magazine sources. Things look like this game is going to be a "rental". Too bad!!!!!

Does anybody have the game? I am wondering whether to buy it or not but nobody has reviewed it anywhere which is odd for such a hypped game!!!!!! This makes me think that LucasArts dod not ship any copies to the gaming industry magazines and websites because they know it sucks and they are preventing the impending negative reviews from impacting sales. Could this be another Enter the Matrix????????????

I will now answer the poll since I finally got to see the movie last night up by frisco. One word sums it all up..............BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! George finally got it right and just in time. I will not spoil anything but I will say this: "you will not be dissapointed, not even you fanboys out there......even if George raped your childhood" " Oh. and as far as the PG-13 rating is concerned, it's right on que.
