Hmm, I have seen the *small* pix of the ones ur talking bout Leposeur, and I kinda amused myself thinking ' they look really squat and short', but thats kinda how they are anyway in the manga ! LOL. I think those came out first actually! =) Those ones Myriad has pointed to are the ones I ordered, and I know they are at home*my other home* but have to wait to find out which ones came through.. damn, might have to do tradesies with someone to 'catch em all ' heheh Eriku, that has to be the BEST idea I have heard for a while! Ahh, that site proved to be an interesting read! Thanks for that ! Tell ya what though, now im confused whether to get or not. I love GITS, so Im leaning towards ' get and maybe be a little dissappointed but my fandom will overcome its inconsistencies!' Hey thanks for the heads up. I must admit im saddened to hear it sux in those ways you pointed out, I was really looking forward to it. Might have to give it a miss on importing, maybe wait for a local relese to pick it up cheaper. =( I was really enjoying the series, hoped the game would be the same! the scanlations done by the legends at www.thehawks.org are fantastic, they fill you in on whats going on from the Manga, the oh-glorious-darkness-that-is-berserk. Big download, but well worth it, until the graphic novels are brought out by Darkhorse, this is all you have access too to fill up ur berserk needs....=) You need bittorrent to download it, and dont ask how to do it from the online forum, you will be flamed badly and maybe banned. So Download bitorrent, go to the link above, click on downloads, it will show another version of the same page with a links page in a box at the top right . follow the links to do the downloads and add patience... *something else thats an interesting read from the same site, 20th century boys, its different, but im hangin out to see what happens* have fun ..... now to go back into hiding............

Technically, the L1 & R1 buttons in Fighter mode are the Yaw control (I Think?). Graham When in Gerwalk or battroid, shoulder buttons will strafe. But when i am banking around in the game and then use the shoulder buttons it seems to help turn tighter. Maybe its not the same as what you guys are wanting, just works for me is all. I wish there was a way to mod the game in english, cuz i would enjoy it that little bit more i reckon .... so is there any rumours of expansion games to this yet or still too early for Bandai to talk bout that i guess....

Strafe and banking done with L1 and R1 Shoulder buttons, makes you turn faster in plane mode doing so.

BTW, slidecard works really well for my aussie ps2, its easy, no need to force anything. mods.com had it for 23us or sumtin on sale. plus shipping..

Hey, When you transform into gerwalk hold down the transform button, and it kicks into reverse, its an awesome move to do when being tailed closely! All rolls are done by tapping quickly left/right, front to back, back to front, in all modes, even battroid. No need to use thrust. Also, in battroid, thrust moves you up, but to go down again quickly push the left joystick down into the controller, the 'hidden' button of the ps2. that makes you crouch a little and go down quicker. The missiles are actually bracketted in this game to I believe, just damn hard to see em! Usually targetting in battroid the offending missile carrying units, you will then see the little brackets being 'fired' especially fighting the Quadleauun Raus, zillions of brackets hitting ya! I really like this game, but I really really want to know from the programmers if there is any hope of unlocking other cool 'different' valks, or maybe an expansion pack or something cuz its way too short... hope this helps

howdy, anyone have one of those "Robotech" Diecast monsters, beside one of the Yamato products? I just won one from ebay cuz i needed to get something macross related and just wanted to know how it will look beside my other collections? Now, this could just me talking out of my ass, but this is what I garnered from playing. The Ranks go S-A-B-C-D in decending order of greatness Many levels will give you cards after clearing them with high scores, while other cards are pretty much given to you as long as you manage to stay alive for the next level. Also, stages that you clear with a C or D rank don't seem to be unlocked for single games. Clearing single games after you've cleared them in the story mode could be the missing link some people are looking for, but that's a theory not tested yet. After scraping my way through the normal missions I have the following 1A 1J 1S 1D VT-1 VE-1 VF-4 Hiraku's DYRL colors Kakizaki's DYRL colors But I'm interested to know what everyone else has. Like I say, I've only played through both story modes and the training and kept any passing score on a level. One odd thing though, my Ai wa Nagareru damage rating was 0!!! So I got a crappy D. I have no idea why it was zero, but is it like that for everyone else too? No idea sorry Leposeur, and as for your list of valks too hey, i have those, but with the extra of Hikarus 1J colours. but still dont know what the others are exactly? We know that at least 2 of the others are the M and M tv colours, one would have to be Roys colours for the S, but there are still a couple of empty still? Anyone fill us in >? I was hopeing the S Rank was the better one! S for Super-Sam! LMAO..!! so glad someone else says its a good rank! hehe so can anyone email to Bandai in Japanese and ask em bout the valks we were meant to have in the game?

if there is no VF-0 and Mac Zero valks, and the YF-19/21, then why is it listed in the Macross Compendium, and shown in the preview video that was posted here? which video showed what valks? i musta missed that... damn my slow net connection.......

I wonder if anyone can email Bandai Japan or whoever to ask if those valks WERE meant ot be playable, just to give us something to work towards? It would be great to know that they are in there, just have to do something special to unlock them, cuz its kinda fun haveing the lightning to play with, its faster than the standard vf1s it seems.... Anyone notice when u use the lightning that it shows all the cinematics with an orange 1a? must be cuz they didn't allow for the cinemas to show the other cool planes? same with the osterich, if you choose armour on, it doesn't show it when its doing the cinemas! funny Anyone know what the S rank is meant to be? I have done 2 missions which I did quite well, and its only S? is that terrible? its kinda confusing, cuz i dont know any japanese at all to read, so im stuck? anyone? I hope someone can email Bandai and ask if those other planes are there, cuz the only bad thing on this game is its length. its way too short. BUT DAMN its fun. lemme take a ground mission with a Monster, !! hehe

I agree, tis the best so far! I only just finished it then, so is kinda quick to finish, but well, its lots of fun doing the 'enemy is chasing me, better hit gerwalk mode, let him pass me, then shoot tha crap outta him! ' Its great fun!! hehehehe now me gots to get good ranks, now I sorta know what im doing !

HOLY Crap it looks like my slidecard has turned up... IN GOULBURN !! an hours drive away!! gots to wait for gf to get bck, then we going for a lil drive... with my ps2 and small screwdriver and Macross game in tow!!!!!!!! yah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
