  1. I am not in favor of Hasegawa for any reason, but I think it was clear from the announcement that this new version of the SDF-1 would be based on the version of the film, so we knew that this kit will have problems.

Now, I thought Hasegawa would make further changes to the original model, it was clear that the legs were not going to be changed (I can live with that), but I think the main cannon and the middle part could be easily modified by the inclusion of 8 new pieces.

They already change 4 of those 8, why not change all?

  2. Well in my mind it's settled: it's not even passably TV-accurate and it's not 1/3000. With your support I intend to remedy both factors as my next project.

When you talk about "both factors" you mean the correction for the Hasegawa Kit and a new 1/3000 SDF-1?

If that's the case, I'm in for the conversion kit for the Hasegawa, can't afford two of your kits in less than a year :(

Noting the dimensions, there are noticeable differences in size, particularly the width of the SDF-1 TV version. We must take into account that the Prometheus and Daedalus are in different position than the ARMD, which makes me think that the legs have a different position to the DYRL version, or different parts.

What appears is that even with the position of Prometheus and Deadalus, the TV version is narrower than DYRL version, which would be correct.
