  1. I only downloaded one at a time. I even tried downloading the second part a second time. &zip refuses to extract the file from the .rar. EDIT: Managed to extract it, but it still won't play. Not even VLC will open it.
  2. When's the torrent going up? That second file's not working for me.
  3. I'm still waiting to see a picture of Wraith actually holding his weapon. The P90's handle is at a really shallow angle, like a classics rifle grip. I've yet to see a Joe that can actually hold that style of gun in a usefull grip.
  4. This was one of my favorite movies, as a kid. It was right up there with Leviathon. I never claimed to have good taste in movies....
  5. I could see the Joes using a modified version of the 23. The only place it was beat by the 22, was in low speed handling. Fix that one flaw, and I could easily see the Joes fielding it.
  6. I want that Nemesis Enforcer, but not Falcon. He was like GI Joe's answer to Hot Rod.
  7. I don't know. I'm rather fond of Testor's acrylic silver paints. Both the normal and the Model Master look good, to me. The Model Master acrylic silver seems to be a perfect match for the silver paint that Hasbro uses. I had to touch up a sot on my IM movie War Machine, and you can't even tell where my paint ends, and there's begins. My only complaint would be that it's a little too translucent. The regular Testors silver paint will give better coverage in fewer coats, and looks just as good.
  8. YES! That would be awesome. I loved that movie.
  9. Guess I'm not getting any Joes. I've a few different Cobra figures, but I've never found the Joes I'm interested in. I just saw the remnants of wave 8, but the guys I wanted were in wave 7. I need Bazooka, for a kitbash. So, if I can't wave 9 when it comes out, I'm gonna get riled.
  10. Find a hobby shop. Ask for panel line pens.
  11. Joe Battle Lines has reviews of each wave. No group pictures, but it gives you a breakdown of who's in each wave.
  12. They should do prequels, with Daniel Craig playing a younger Henry Jones Sr. getting into all kinds of wacky adventures. Edit: Forgot the smilies. No way, this was a serious suggestion.
  13. Just push the front of them down a little bit. That's all I've had to do.
  14. My CC's helmet is a little lopsided, too. I've got the comic two-pack version. I was more bothered by the fact that it falls off his head if you breath on him. His ankle bends back as far as any other figure's, and that picture shows it. The foot can be almost completely straightened out. The foreward range of motion falls into the "average" range, but you have to get it slid under the bottom lip of the lower leg to get all of that. That's probably the biggest problem with him.
  15. Yeah, Painted mine. The card art just looked so good, with those silver frames.
  16. Took some pictures of my Viper last night because, well, because he's just a really cool figure. The last one shows off the range of motion, in his ankles.
  17. I finally decided to get the Viper. It's the only wave seven figure I've ever seen. Not seen wave eight, yet. He's a lot better than everyone makes him out to be. Most natural looking double handed gun grip of any figure this size I've ever seen, his goggles stay on better than some helmets I could mention (Cobra Commander, Cobra Officer....) and he's got the same ankle articulation as the other 25th Joes. The only problem I've had with mine, is that the upper joint in his right knee was glued together. It was pretty easy to pop it apart.
  18. My local store finally got wave 7 in. All I found was one frikken Viper. Of the three figures in that wave I'm interested in, that's not one of them.
  19. It'd be cool, but honestly there are better weapons available.
  20. I want a remake of Robot Wars! But, the American robot must keep its smiley face head.
  21. I think a Live action VB would be the sort of thing that would ellicit cries of "PRICK!" from Doc Venture, and "How DARE you!" from Monarch. Besides. Do you know how much it would cost to properly CG Monarch's eyebrows?
  22. This starting to remind me of an article I read on the making of the Iron Man movie. Looking over some of the scenes, Favreau would ask them about how well the suit had worked filming that shot, only to be informed that it was CGed. In another scene, he comlained that the suit looked too CGed, and it had been the physiical suit, there. I just wish they'd loose shaky cam FX shots. I can see it being used occasionaly, for more impact, But, when they use it in every freekin' scene it gets kind of annoying.
  23. Abestos flight suit. Eventually it gave him cancer, the treatment for which probably turned him into one of the Hulk's villains.
  24. "Dude, stop wailing on my junk!" "The Apaches are back! Teepee in your trunks." "My pants are haunted! My pants are haunted!" "Is that what you want? You almost craped your pants! Except for him, he did crap his pants." "Boom boom." "Ungratefull little half-monkeys!" So many quotes from this show. Monarch and Orpheous probably have the best delivery.
  25. Second movie could be Mandarin, with Rhody wearing the Mk III armor, while Stark has moved on to a Mk IV. Third movie could introduce the War Machine armor to help out in an Armor Wars style story line.
