Does anyone know why the VT-1 is priced at about USD 145 (overdrive) which is considerably much higher than the valks with FPs? Its not like it has more accesories than the Super/STrike VF-1s.

Are these 3 shortlisted ones repaints or new moulds?

I did a crouch to mimic isamu's bayonet attack and was pleasantly surprised with the results. The only issue is the shoulders can't bend forward so the poseability of its arms is quite limited in various places than i'm used to in the VF-1. Still can't decide which mode to leave it in since it looks gorgeous and perfect in all 3 modes. It has to be the tightest gerwalk next to the YF-21. I might pull a Graham and buy multiples....or maybe i'll just wait for VF-X version or VF-11Cs. Hopefully a full armour will be made.

Just got back from the movie. As a person who knows very little bout star trek, i'd say this movie was very entertaining, and even more so than Transformers which i hated. And women wearing short skirts for star fleet uniforms? I love this version of star fleet already! :3 I'm not sure what the Trekkies will think about their beloved series being resetted and butchered by the timetravel plot device....but if anything can revive the Star Trek franchise, it would have to be this movie. 4.5 stars from me.

Hey guys, is there a way to get Minmay to sit tightly in the VF-1D's cockpit? She keeps rattling out of place in mine and tends to slide to her left. A tad annoying. Oh and VF-1D has alot more Tampo printing than the other 1/60 v2 VF-1s. Very glad with this.

Both on mine are springy...and it doesn't bother me since the weight of the 11B holds them in place if needed. They tend to stay bent in battroid and less bent in gerwalk, so i guess its sort of like an "auto-articulation".

Define silly though, since u liked gurren lagann despite siliness. :3

Are they supposed to remain in there or removed? I notice if you leave them there, the cockpit has a tighter lock in fighter/gerwalk mode.

Just played with mine. Quite impressed with it. Overall solid , tight and no floppiness except the cockpit which feels abit loose after you remove the foam but not enough to fall off or anything during barrel rolls or turbulence. Had no problems with the heat shield either. Not sure why Graham had problems with his initially. Big clumsy fingers perhaps I love all the modes and can't decide which mode to leave it in now. So for now its in space-economy mode which is battroid mode. Glad to see the box size is the same as the 1/60 V2s. Smallest Macross Plus box yet. My only issue with it is the price. The price is the same as a YF-19 (or was it more?) but its considerably smaller than a YF-19. But that's just a minor nitpick considering how the 19 feels like a lemon compared to the 11B.

Thanks for the feedback though I went ahead and bought it just now . The flaws are as you said with the toes....which are strangely artiiculated but doesn't do much. I'm not sure if it can crouch cause the leg doesn't seem to be able to do a 90 degrees at the thighs. Abit annoyed that the jaw doesn't remain shut...so i just used the transparent rubberband that the toy came with. Lower Jaw also is not aligned properly with the upper jaw. The left eye socket seems to have a lot of empty space and not as nicely moulded as the right eye socket. But otherwise quite a good rendition of the T-800 despite its flaws. The light up eyes really gives it a menacing feel. The pistons and certain parts move when the limbs move.
