Kanon, Clannad, Air....the great Key + KyoAni anime. If you can't stand the harem mushiness, then the shows aren't for you. But as you said, Kanon (and the other shows) are quite impressive technically. Art and direction is top notch and always puts me close to tears. Music is awesome too. Kurenai was a sleeper hit for me. Some parts the art was dodgy....and the plot point where was kinda controversial....but i love the characters. I don't consider it harem though. Kiki....i was pretty bored watching it.

Subs of Episode 2 is out. To pad the mission from the game, they added alot of extra meat into the Bruhl evacuation story and changed it somewhat. (no more Imps killing civies. ) Edelweiss kicks some serious Imperial butt. Alicia's very "emotive" in the anime and given a sort of "tsundere" vibe. I'm not surprised that there are alot of Alicia fanart appearing on the net.Next ep, dai nana shoutai, hakshin suru!

I can foresee the review. "No problems with QC...joints are tight, paint is good, no breakages, no stress marks, absolutely perfect for mine." Which doesn't necessarily reflect the quality of the mass production stuff we get. Graham's review copies seem to be of a better quality than what we are getting sometimes. I have high hopes for the VF-11B though. I hope its problem-free like the YF-21.

Edy's mission (the Japanese just love their tsundere ojou characters...heck even i put Edy in my squad roster at all times) 3.) Hard EX skirmish missions...where you start with no tanks.

No. Gurren Lagann is an anime original. And they did explain the spiral nemesis in the anime.

They changed some details on how things transpired but generally the same as the game. And yes get the game. You won't regret it.

Finally found some time to watch episode 1. The verdict? "Issho ni iku yo" and "Kimochi Yokatta". I had an orgasm from the visual pr0n (pun not intended) alone. Wow....when Nike throws money into your anime, you sure can do some amazing stuff! Really funny that Dan really spent 1 year in prison, as a plot device for everyone to be playing Basketball with bigfoots nimbly. LOL!!! Genius. Definately following this show. And i expect more naysayers to join in the bandwagon.
