Opened the draken and the protective film peeled ok, no issues! Its so pretty, bandai is the tampo-king! Details on this valk is crazy.... I like the etchings on the inside of the intakes... the lines match nicely with the overall look and has an added vibe rather than a blank surface. It really looks like a bat outta hell with meatloaf as the pilot.. I prefer this over the CF and the way the sharp wings are designed! Bat theme!

Nice haul! I also enjoyed mine too, just got it today after a week held in customs! Packed the 262+RA and a couple o small misc items but somehow the big box/amt tripped em to hold it...

2 of my fav anime exports combined Timing is just nice for a macross delta x gundam ibo crossover, esp with melee fighting mecha! Dual pistol wield pose opportunity galore!..hehe....Noticed you had the lupus rex, i thk his latest mace like sword would be cool as well... edit*sorry i meant the mace that came with the lupus and not the rex version... Seems an extra reason to consider an IBO 1/100 scale, and here i was trying to limit myself...

No destroids? Spartan pawns instead...and 2 monster rooks! Then roy and hikkie strike knights and GBP bishops! On the other side, if there ever was a breetai release he can b the king, quead for the queen (sounds nice eh), glaug rooks since they jump , Nous for the knights and Regult missile variant for the bishop...of course regult pawns...

I thk the spartan would be more fun compared to the rest of the destroids, as it can do more action poses, so a few extra in the spartan dept would be nice. Plus you could customise em as different squads too...

Am all for an intermission, however i thk the valk after mirage would be arad as the Christmas valk. If they make the A a christmas release, i thk thats setting up arad and chuck to be shelf warmers, since folks may splurge on the A....

Chuck should be a relatively "easy" get; but i am concerned abt the way the radome fold's underneath the fuselage tho. Not sure if its aesthetically pleasing to have a radome folded like a taco and hanging downwards.

As for the length, am of the opinion, they could have stretched the end a tiny bit more, and focus on a long glorious 2 episode fight of barbatos thrashing everyone. But that being said, i agree with the world building, and that the character development is topnotch, you really feel for the cast throughout the journey. In a sense i felt it was watching the godfather saga done in anime form, esp the orphans being forced to do something they were born into. The rawness of it all. Yes, i hope it spins off a calamity wars series, or explore the future fate of gallahorn. -
No wonder the draken has a shielded canopy. Probably scare the pilot half to death and not to mention obstruct vision should those railguns start volleying from right behind the cockpit in an open glass canopy.

Yea they are and watching the spartan bandai seems to have gotten the chunky brawler proportions for the spartan right....Sugoi sugoi! Still not sure abt the defender, and i tot it would look taller too, but i can imagine a squad of them would look real real nice...

Just using this opportunity to answer the muzzle gun question and also show the white CF... It looks in delta, there are nozzle covers/cowls(?) just beind the canopy where the forearm guns plug into, in fighter mode... Am dreaming of a white....draken. just like the ones i used to know....
