Short answer: No. Longer answer: Give it a year or 2 and see what happens. ZAFT beam weapons were large and kinda like a bazooka. It wasn't until they got their hands on the GAT series that they were able to shrink it down (ZAFT has a habit of being non-innovative...like Microsoft....they take ideas from other people and use it). The CGUE DEEP Arms was the first test, the GuAIZ was already in the pipe but it was only after the GAT-series that the GuAIZ came to it's present capabilities. He's the man that makes the impossible possible....what more can I say...

Regardless of who's playing who, I sense a large amount of CGI coming. They made DocOc good but they skimped a tad on Spidey in S2. With 3 guys that need CGI... I don't know....lots of CGI is good when used properly (SW, LotR), but the stuff I've seen in Spidey, it could be better.

You know...I keep seeing the word "realistic". Really, when you see ships and planes transforming into giant robots, stuff about aliens and all that stuff... you can check your realism at the door. Cuz you don't need to have it with you all the time around here. Anyways... What I like about M7...all of it. Some highlights... Music: Loved it. Of course, it's not part of my rotation these days. I can still hum every song made for the series..I think. I should just rip all the CDs I have and dump it on my iPod for olde-times sake. Characters: I liked how the characters changed to accomodate Basara, not Basara accomodate the people around him. It was a nice switch seeing the supporting characters grow as oppose to the main character. Normally, the main character is the one doing the growing, but in M7, the people around the main character are the ones doing the growing. Mechs: The VF-17 was my boy until I saw the VF-22. Finally, a sorta-YF-21 that doesn't come with a pilot with mental baggage.

Yes, nitpicking is bad for your health. Neo GENESIS isn't as large as the old one. It probably also doesn't have the range either. Those parts could probably be stowed in Messiah itself or could be brought by any of the ships in the fleet. According to the podcast for this episode, this episode was actually an hour long (not 45 minutes) and they were shooting for a 1.5 hour broadcasts. Ron Moore did state that this extended cut will be on the DVD set for this season. Also, according to the podcast, Cain was on the fast-track to becoming admiral. That's why she made admiral at her age compared to Adama, who's still a commander. This was suppose to be touched on, but was cut. As for the whole repeated gang rapes, what can I say about it that hasn't been said...The condition that particular Six was in....Putting it out its misery would be preferable compared to the alternative (more gang rapes). Actually, what Cain said about Galactiaca is right; if this was Colonial Fleet. But this isn't. Adama has been easy on them because there's been nobody else to turn to. He knows that if he becomes like Cain, it's gonna hurt him and everybody else. And he relies on these people to keep everybody alive. If he began executing crew just because they made a bad choice, what kind of person would he be? Who is he going to turn to? Who's gonna help him if he did that? Adama earns respect, not grab it by gun-point. And if they didn't trust each other, they would all be dead.

As I said.... Again, this is a common sense issue. What do you want the mods and admins to do? Edit every waste of space they can? We need more mods then. I doubt the mods want to sit here and skim through all of that wasted space.

Yes, that is the 1/100 HG Blue Frame L. And, yes it is Destiny Impulse. Looks like a scratch built since that stand is the MG Freedom stand. Out Frame looks like a scratch built. That Aile Striker pack looks like the 1/100 Strike/Strike Rouge pack.

The issue is nested quotes. IPB already has a limitation on quotes (actually, it's a bug...). You cannot have more than 10 quotes in any given post, period. This isn't an issue of can we limit quotes via software, it's can we enforce a policy of making people clean up their posts so that they stop filling their posts with quotes. I'm guessing this is what the original poster wanted to stop: Yes No Yes... The only solution is common sense. Most quoted posts have that little tiny button in the quote box called "snapback". Instead of quote after quote after quote, you could just quote the last individual and leave the snapback button in place. Again, the issue is common sense. This really isn't something we can enforce because it is a common sense issue. If you lack common sense, then perhaps you shouldn't be posting. This isn't a mod or admin issue. It's the users themselves who are abusing things. Posting large pics (i.e. greater than 1024x768 or 800x600, depending on your resolution); posting pics directly from other sites without attaching or hosting them yourself (i.e. bandwidth stealing); quoting large pieces of text with only a small reply, etc....Unless you want the mods to clamp down on this...

Definitely looks better. I was right, they did scuplt the model based off the movie version. Super Gundam will only come if it appears in Movie 3. So far, Movie 2 only covers through the Earth stuff.

I'm not so worried about storage space as I am about bandwidth. I'd rather not see people use space here just to host images for their own site or on some other forum and will never be used here.

You ever heard of pop-up blocker? Most browsers come with one these days. Otherwise there are hundreds of pop-up blockers that can do the job. We could (with lots of coding) enforce a 2ch/4chan-style image policy. After a pic has reached a certain level of bandwidth used, the image gets deleted.

Bingo. Find a new hobby. Find something else to do. You don't have to live-breathe-eat anime 24/7 from now till who knows when. Find another hobby. Beyond anime, I build models, I play BF2, CS:Source, I read, etc. I've even been offered the chance to go fishing. Really, at this point, I think he needs to find a new hobby. It has. That one Agamemnon-class behind the Izumo-classes looks like the refit-version. But it's hard to tell from the preview. We'll know when it airs. Not "The Terminal". Just "Terminal". I even mention the episode #'s where the name appears. Re-watch those episodes and listen for it. This has been done for years. Macross was done like this. Most of the notes for M0 were in the DVD liner notes, not in the story itself. Not everything is explained in the series or otherwise, every series would be twice as long and twice as boring. This is how we get specs, information about the series, etc. And promotion is done in those same magazines and interviews. It's impossible to cram that much information into the series without driving everybody nuts.
