    I liked the Extended Editions better. I think The Two Towers The Return of the King is where the added footage actually works the best, IMO. Fellowship of the Ring's additions didn't feel substantial enough to really make it feel different.

    I'd probably go with the $10 receiver. The other solution might just be to get a new keyboard/mouse. One with their Unified Receiver. Then you can pair or unpair devices as they come.

    I agree with Lord of the Rings. With each Theatrical cut clocking in at than 3 hours, that's a long time to make people sit already. The Extended editions fall in 3.5-4 hours. Unless you have that much free time, most normal people are not going to sit through all 4 hours of Return of the King's extended cut.

    Now that I've hand a chance to watch more than episode 1, it's not that bad. Okay, the suit ain't my cup-o-coffee, but the show works. And yes, I'll give VF5SS that much, it was an epic pogo stick. It's entertaining in a good way. It's fun.

In fact, the computer monitor in one of the Frontier episodes displayed a copy-paste from Adobe Lightroom or InDesign manual to stand in for a fictitious Cosmos Nature-article.     That tweet was from June....Yeah, this Mechwarrior revival is starting to enter Duke Nukem Forever-vaporware status. Oh wait, it's Piranha Games, the people who actually made DNF and it still was crap. I'd believe them that the delay isn't related to HG... So they need to pull a Star Trek and pull the rug under the current franchise runners? That would have to mean HG would have to actually care about RT.

    Kinda sort-of. The SA began as angry Protoculture who didn't like what the Republic was doing (think Separatists, Anti-UN, the other side of the argument). Then the Protodeviln stepped in, brainwashed them along with anybody else, like Zentradi, making the SA that we know today. That's about all it says.

    See gents...a franchise reboot solves all the problems. If Protoculture has become such a valuable commodity, why the heck are they using it like water? A reboot would solve that. "Disciples of Zor" (Who the frak are they anyways? That title just seemed to have been thrown out...)? A reboot would solve that. How long is the SDF-1? A reboot would solve that and more . A reboot would solve all the problems. New character designs, new mecha designs, more integrated and (possibly) coherent story, all fixed with a reboot. No more "We brought anime to the West and we'll exploit it till we go bankrupt"-crap.

    You assume they have the creative capacity to accomplish such a simple task...or an even simpler task of just rebooting the franchise.

    Try enabling the G-side. Although, the N-wireless should be backwards compatible. The G-setting may have been turned off to get better performance over compatibility. Double check the encryption to be sure that's not causing any problems.

    Interference? Another device is causing problems (like an 'Net phone)? Encryption causing problems between the NIC and router? Faulty router? Haven't had a chance to jump on that. I'll probably load it on a VM to try it.
