Don't worry about the file size or bandwidth, the pics are hosted at my site,and then linked into this. I'm learning about the putty, but I don't mind re-etching lines if I need to make smooth joints. Here's the 1/48 VF-1 and the 1/48 VF-19

Well, I thought some of you might enjoy seeing pics of the VF-19 kit that Myersjessee was selling. (the 1/48 scale with teh VF-21) I started the 19, not knowing it was the mor difficult of the two. I've got all the pics linked off my main site chicagobrad.us, but thought I'd post some here for ppl to see. Mind you, this is my first real resin kit, so I'm learning as I go (AKA dont beat me up too bad...) I just want to say that these kits are incredible, and I can't wait to finish them up.

Just for ppl wondering, I went through at one time, and made molds of all jetfire armor (same as old bandai's), and started to recast. I made one complete set, and that was it. It's way too much work/cost/time to make them. Especially when at the same time, HLJ had the supers for $35 (bought 4) So yea, it can be done, but it's not really worth the effort/price. just my $0.2 Brad

Jesus, knock-off or not, if it looks like that, it's well worth $50 I've been paying $50-60 for yellowed, decapitated ones for a while now, trying to piece some together... I'm also interested!!!! Especially if they have all three colors. I wonder why we haven't seen these on ebay if someone is making them? Gah, prolly only had a couple...
