Out of all the mainstream Takara/Hasbro lines, the SS86 line is the only one that almost, almost, almost got me to bite and sell off my MP season 1 Cons and Autobots, official Takara and third party fill-ins. For standard retail releases, the vast majority of these figures have looked great, and very G1, which was what caused me to buy up early MP in the first place and avoid CHUG and retail lines. I don't know, sizing down would be great, and selling off what I have could fund buying everything back up in the SS86 line three or four times over, it's just a lot of work and I don't think I can bother doing all that.

With Hell Divers 2 on Xbox now as well my entire friends list on Xbox is filled up with either Hell Divers or Borderlands 4, which is apparently pretty solid, which is good, because I really didn't like 3.

I caught up on the newest season last night, there were some entertaining episodes, and some solid ones overall, but it was another really uneven season IMO. Is Paramount contracted for another or is this potentially it for SNW?

I'm betting the price is blown out by all of the larger elements involved in ship builds. I don't imagine the keel is built up from normal bricks, and those sorts of ship models have always gone for a premium because of the unique parts involved.
That Cobra looks like a beauty though! I should probably think about that one before it poofs, but I'm still debating burning my VIP points to pick up the Shuttle Carrier 747.
Plus I'm still really tempted by that Countach.
The Cobra is awesome, but if you're choosing between the two, the Countach takes my money, it's nearly flawless IMO. The Cobra is pretty much perfection too, my only complaint is I wish it was another color, it's the same blue as the Mustang, which I get, but black would've worked just as well for me.

edit: Woops, thought this was the general purchase thread.

Got the Cobra and Sega controller GWP

Sigh, once again, agreed, I just want my Kaki TV 1A. One day, someday....

I'm in, I loved the Mario movie, and Galaxy was easily one of the best Mario games ever made. Nintendo is cooking today, Galaxy movie announced along with Galaxy 2 on Switch 2? That's awesome, I'll buy a Switch 2 for that.

Anybody thinking about picking up the Black Pearl set that releases in a couple of days? I'm on the fence about it.
I want it, but the IP/license tax on it is absolutely insane. It's only 2,800 pieces, and yet it's $380? That's a terrible, terrible, terrible price if you're counting price per brick, which I do, I just can't justify the cost right now, after tax you're looking at $400+.

I think all the casting is spot-on, Dastmalchian isn't a big or intimidating guy, but he's a phenomenal talent with great range, his current run on the Dexter spin-off shows he's got the chops for a villain roll, I'm in. I've met the Dutch Giant twice at the gym, absolutely fantastic guy, this was right before the new season of Reacher dropped so I tossed a ton of questions his way, him as Zangief is just beyond perfect.

They also had an animated movie that was better than the live action one:
Yeah Street Fighter II the Movie was peak, can't beat that old school hand-drawn animation.

Great cast, I'm excited to check it out, I still have a soft spot for the almost purposefully bad 90s film. It was fun, and Van Damme was hilarious as US soldier, US American Guy, Guile, with a thick accent lol.
-
Another announcement for Hiya? Coming 2028 I presume? Maybe 2029? They gotta slow down lol, there's tons to release still, and they just keep announcing more.

Yeah this is looking like the Mospeada figures for me, scale and price are just right, definitely in for a Tread too whenever that happens. I don't know, I want to wait for the green one, but I may grab the blue one for now just to check it out, then go all in when green releases.
-
I'm absolutely in for one, but I might wait for the green one, I like this design better in green, Tread too.
-
Looks like Hitman, with some generic third person shooting gallery cover-based gameplay, and been-there-done-that Sniper Elite style parkour-lite? It's just kind of a generic mish-mash of various third person action games, not what I expected.
-
Yeah I'm in for the Toy Rise, price and scale works much better for me, I can get a Tread in this line too if they get there one day.

P3d0 rangers?
I don't want to spoil anything, but the end of 28 Years Later has a rather strange twist featuring a very odd group of survivors modeled after a certain former British DJ and performer that ended up being a massive child predator and sex offender, it's weird.
-
Will the Pedo Rangers save the day? Tune in next time and find out, on 28 Years Later! Seriously though, no interest in this since it directly follows the last film, and that ending was awful.
-
Depending on the price I may grab a Toyrise, I don't like Mospeada and these designs enough to spend any real money on any of these other insanely priced figures.
-
A Jesus horror movie with Nic Cage? Sounds completely on brand for the dude, could be fun.

I really liked the first film so I'm in.
-
I liked the first episode, mostly just reintroductions and recaps. On to the gritty....
SpoilerI think this was the best way to address the universe swap, quick and dirty. He didn't constantly bag on Aquaman for being a fish frakker, he bagged on Guy for his penchant for puke, and the Justice Gang, not League, showed up late to help with the butterflies.
I know with the multi verse people expected Peacemaker to just universe hop from DCEU to DCU, but I like this better, let the multi verse stuff serve Chris himself and the actual narrative, it's not just a quick, cheap gimmick to explain the new DCU.
I'm looking forward to more, good to have to show back after all this time.

A little baffled that, with far more time to release Mafex also isn't including sleeveless arms for Wolverine. Bummer, oh well, I will like my Figuarts version with a Maniple head, and I bought a dirt cheap Love and Thunder Thor and stole his arms

So the new Anaconda is a horror-comedy reboot of the J-Lo Ice Cube film? Okay I guess, not sure who asked for this, but there it is.
