Tober, i just expect HLJ to give me a form of proof or a number which i can chase after Singpost. All i have is nothing from either side, HLJ has no numbers or information which i repeatedly asked many times. Singpost cannot help as there are no information, my area's post office do not entertain checking when u have no collection slip.... in this case am i to blame myself when i have tried many ways to get information so i can move on? And as said, i received no news, no information , nothing nothing nothing... If you were me how you be handling it? and i appreciate it if anyone stop trying to defend or add fire to previous statement.

Thegunny; why not u mail me $100 bucks using SAL and I tell you it's lost after 2 weeks. It be a similar feeling of what I am going through. The topic here is abt shipping issues. I have lodge a complain previous and requested help. emails unreplied, and unheard.. like the XXXnXXXX toy shop you knew. I do not have tracking number, so how do i track? This joke is not funny.

HLJ did not provide any number, neither did they find out for me when i am suspicious of my package delivery delay. so without number, without any notifications, no tracking number. Vi-RS, how do you track the item? I got very pissed off with their customer service which is simply cut and paste replies. Maybe to some their customer serivce is top notch. But to me, it's not up to the mark . I have been to japan and bought things from japanese store online, and the service is better then what i seen from the HLJ replies.

I sent by SAL, that's why I am bugging HLJ to help .. Local post office don't even bother ...

My package from HLJ just got shipped back to HLJ. But as they claimed the package was not picked up from the post office, and I did not received any notification, the local post office could not find any package belonging to me.. And now I have to bear full responsibilty even though I alerted HLJ earlier to why my shipping did not arrive. Now a very frustrated man, I just ask for a refund from HLJ knowing I will not get a full refund and I have to pay for the return postage. It's so frustrating. Now I really wonder is it my fault when I tried so many ways to know where package went and all I get is a standard answer. I just feel so F***

I think that is a very nice valkyrie if yamato decides to come out with it. i'd like that very much..

My package took more then 40 days, and still i have yet to receive it yet. Anyways one gd news is that i manage to get my deposit for VF-22S gamlin custom refunded. But i aren't ordering from that shop again after this... at least HLJ says it will probe and check accordingly when i have not receive by 6th April.. that is at least a comfort to hear.

I understand how you feel... MY VF-22S is still pending arrival from dunno which month... sighs... ANyways i am sure you will enjoy the VF-11C as much as i do once it arrives.. man i hate waiting for so long... =(

I just opened the vf-11c which I purchased from AmiAmi recently. It's a fantastic piece of work which I gotten addicted to besides my GBP-1S & VE-1. I will be looking forward to the protector armour set if they are coming out with one !! but I sure hope yamato gets the opptunities to manufacture VF-25 Valkyries .

But i still think it's cheaper ... well it's just me haha..

Incoming VF-11C with some other gundam model kits!! hopefully it can reach by next monday.. heehee.. I got another VF-22S Max custom incoming also but AmiAmi have not sent me the payment request yet.. I really gotten tired of waiting for the shop to call me for my gamlin custom.. and excuses on delays and such which i could not care more for their so call explaination and their poor service attitude, and i will not preorder from them again if they continue such poor service in reply my questions.

I finally took a dump plunge and ordered the VF-22S max custom from AmiAmi, hopefully i can get it by next week with no missing kneecaps and such.. man... but i like the valkyrie though..

Sad to hear that Cyber trooper you got some problem with OD and never resolved it. But happy to hear you got ur refund back... anyways was a learning experience i guess. But then again i had some problems with my current preorder for Gamlin custom, which i always hear it's delayed or its hasnt been released.. Each time i called the store they always have the same reason or different reason, but never the stock available. Next time i shall not pay in advance for pre-orders.. The customer service for the store that i am getting the VF-22s from is not really up to date with their customer service and their pushy reasons has turned me off to buy from them. But again my mighty stand is still missing in action, i wonder where is my mighty stand now.. sighs... at least HLJ responds with help and they promised to replace one for me if my item gets lost.. which i think it is probably lost.. No more SAL for me from now on.

I must try AmiAmi one of these days... hahaha... I am still waiting for my mighty stand, a good 48 days has passed, and still no mighty stand... HLJ told me to wait till 6 Apr. Hopefully i can get some replies via them from Japan post office. I just want to know what happened, and not some standard Answers using the cut and paste method... but the rest of my items from Hwjapan is coming next week!! VF-11C, my gundam MG astray red frame, and my M9 Gernsback... it's gonna be a huge box of toys and model kits to last me through a long long time... hahah, just feeling happy with the thought of my items coming!! :lol: But still missing my mighty stand... damn....

My VF-22S Gamlin re-stock till now also no news... sighs...
