    Looking forward to Werewolf by Night and all the supernatural Marvel stuff that has been teased.... Also, I didn't realize Man-Thing was in the trailer for Werewolf by Night....wow! I remember getting one of those Comic/record storybooks featuring Man-Thing back in the day and have always found him cooler-looking than Swamp Thing...

    This series is boring AF...it looks good....but nothing has happened so far that has invested me in the characters or their stories...I like comet man but his development is mind numbingly slow.... I started rewatching the LOTR trilogy....something that I already know I will never do with the TV series....no comparison...I guess it takes thousands of years for some characters to become likable and interesting...lol

    I think Rogue One was still significantly influenced by all things Star Wars...the Death Star, Storm Troopers, ships, prequel characters, Tarkin, Vader, Jedi, etc....you knew you were watching a Star Wars movie from the very start... Andor is playing out so far like a story about repression and how that ignites rebellion, which is the whole tag line for Andor....it's trying to minimize everything that you'd expect to see in a Star Wars show, which is ironically what the Star Wars franchise needs badly...to release something that doesn't depend on all the baggage that is keeping it from escaping the Skywalker Saga and truly moving beyond it... We'll see how far this formula will go...afterall, the events of Andor still lead towards the Skywalker Saga and lives within it...what sets it apart is that these Andor characters aren't driven by the specific actions of the Skywalker family, but by the fact that they just want to rid the galaxy of the Empire...it is a good enough reason to be a part of the rebellion, especially if the Empire screwed you, your family, or your planet over at some point....not every rebel needs to be driven by the truth regarding the Sith behind the Empire’s rise....leave that to the top rebel leaders, Luke and the surviving Jedi....

    Yeah...they mentioned the "accident" but why were the kids still alive? Parents massacred during an uprising? Hopefully they explain more, as I am sure it is directly related to Cassian's world point of view.

    The dynamic between those 2 reminded me of Ozzel and Piett from ESB....I can see how those Corp security guys would want to join the Empire at some point...unless you know about who is running the Empire and how they got there....the Empire is all about law and order.....peace across the galaxy....from a certain point of view...

    Kind of a slow buildup, so it was smart that they opted to release all three of these episodes at once because it seems things should start getting good as of episode 4

    Watched the first episode....has a less Star Wars feel to it than any of the other D+ SW TV series....looking forward to see what other morally questionable acts Cassian is willing to take in the "name of the rebellion"...

    Latest Yuji Kaida Collected Works Book.....lots of great Mech illustrations...but short on Macross and to add insult to injury....instead of going with fold-outs, they printed 2 of the very best Yuji Kaida Macross illustrations across two pages (they did this with other mecha illustrations too)...ugh...maybe next time on the "definitive" Yuji Kaida Works book!

One book that would probably interest you if you are mainly into old school Macross would probably be the upcoming book featuring the old Macross boxart from the original kits... https://www.amazon.co.jp/『超時空要塞マクロス』パッケージアート集-ビックウェスト/dp/4778038797 Sadly, it seems that even if each anniversary is tied to the debut of the original SDFM....very little SDFM merch actually gets released...guess we are no longer the targeted demographic...lol It probably also doesn't help that BW bent over to HG's stranglehold of all things SDFM and DYRL...

    He'll reverse hijack the show in the final episodes....hopefully, killing Bo Katan in the process....she thinks Boba is a disgrace, yet she's the idiot who lost control of the dark saber.... That's the other thing I don't understand....is the process involving Mandalorian leadership based on possession of the Dark Saber not known to all Mandalorians? You'd think such a thing would be common knowledge to all Mandalorians, especially the most hard core practitioners like Din and his sect...why would he just want to hand it off to Bo, knowing you just can't simply hand off the Dark Saber...and didn't Bo know that as well when she was given it in the first place?

    Mando is what could be considered hard-core practicing Mandalorian...and even he accepted Boba Fett as a Mandalorian....'nuff said

    Did you forget? If the story goes in the direction it seems to be going....Grogu may one day be considered a Mandalorian too...going from foundling to becoming a Mandalorian...just like his "daddy"...

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the debacle continues for all fans of SDFM and DYRL....HG still possesses all licensing rights to both of these titles outside Japan....unless you want to build a kit, no SDF-1 (TV or DYRL version) will ever be released for anything close to 100 USD.
