Macross Plus BD Boxset CM

The Macross Plus Bluray boxset drops in a little over a week and Bandai has released a couple of trailers for it. Unfortunately these aren’t in HD and so don’t really give any idea of what sort of visual quality to expect, but if the theatrical screening of the remastered Movie Edition was anything to go by, fans are in for quite a treat next week.

Macross Concier

Beginning June 3rd, Docomo smartphones will be offering a new service called ‘Macross Concier.’

Basically, this provides the subscriber with their choice of a Sheryl or Ranka voice for their smartphones equivalent of Siri. This appears to be the same basic tech that was used for the Misato Kusanagi news service that used to be offered on the Japanese Playstation Network.
