It's looking nice. I'm guessing the 15 cm (for my American friends: 5.9 inches) represents the total length of either the upright battroid or the fighter? Hope someone with JP knowledge can confirm this from the article. If that's so, the toy will be slightly taller than the revoltechs and more or less comprable to the GNU's size. I'm kind of concerned about landing gear given the size, I'm assuming that's going to be a part-swap, I just have a hard time visualizing an actual functional landing gear with a product of this size, but please Bandai... don't put plain struts or anything like that lol.

Mystery guest is going to be Minmei, and everyone is going to be like, "omgwtflol how could it be?" When the dust settles, we find out it's not really Minmei, but that NUNS resurrected the Sharon Apple AI. So it all ends, everyone cheers, credit rolls, etc........ After the credits it shows Sharon Apple AI has designs of its own, when it takes control of Brea, has him shoot Ranka, and then there is an "aaaaaaarg noooooo", and it ends. Season 2.

The shots that Graham posted yesterday look much better! Hope meter rising: [|| ] 40% (^) Hopefully for Bandai, "Test Shot" has a different meaning lol. Looking at the Tamashii photos for the fighter again, which is where my eyes hurt the most, it does look more like a demo rather than an advanced prototype. I just noticed that the legs on the fighter are clearly "unhinged" and loose, making the fighter look bulkier than it should. This seems to be supported by the translations already posted indicating that the photos were designed to just indicate the locations of die-cast parts. Now ( /puts on fire suit), I will admit I don't really like the VF-25 battroid that much in the series... it looks a bit too anorexic and fragile for my tastes, I did find the earlier shots of the DX 1/60 (despite the bulkier look), to be a bit more pleasing for my tastes... but then again, I also like voluptous women better .

Thanks for the clarification Priss. I'm not canceling my pre-order, but based on those 5 new photos (I hope that is what everyone else is referring to) on the first page, battroid and gerwalk look ok but not that great. The shoulders look a bit weird though... maybe it's how they were posed. I am a bit disapointed at the fighter mode. The fighter does look chunky! Also, the front landing gear seems to be a bit too low. The non-colored photographs (which I guess represent the absolute latest prototype) could be skewing my perception though. Hopefully they refine it further before December.

hmm... the link on pg.11 isn't working for me. Are the last few photos on pg. 1 (the blue-ish ones) supposed to be the latest shots from tamashii?

I'm so hoping Fire Bomber shows up and blasts Holy Lonely Night... probably won't happen, but if it did, it will be so silly and elicit a 'lolwtf' response in such a way that they will be forced to make season 2.

Hiya guys. I'm new to the site (but long time lurker). I'm interested in pre-ordering the 1/60, but I'm confused about something. Why do people call the 1/60 "chogokin DX"? Is that some sort of specific line of Bandai Products? I'm not too familiar with the Bandai products. I just ask because I wanted to get a feel for the materials of the 1/60, but it sounds like a combination of die-cast + some plastics?
