Hmm I actually paid with CC and they just refunded it back onto my CC directly. I was worried it was only store credit.

Ah.. unfortunately I didnt see that you were looking to pay for one, but at the same time, it is less hassle, if they were willing to give a straight refund for it as, not knowing if it will be fufilled is the most frustrating portion of it, rather than holding onto 50 dollars of someone else to not know if it will go through etc. Good luck on getting a karios for yourself at not so absorbent prices.

I have mixed feelings now, as my order was 488843, and ordered on Oct 6. I was given the chance to get a refund, and I took it. Since it was refunded straight onto my CC. So... i guess I could've had it filled seeing as how it seems it may have been fufilled. Whole ordeal made me evaluate my wants/needs and I guess not this time I just wish they had better communication.

Each time it gets restocked at NY gets higher and higher. Got notifications and was humming and hawing at 35k yen.... Now i guess it'll be up to luck if I find it on my trip to Japan next year.

Same, my main point of frustration with NY is the lack of consistency of when they get their orders out, as it can be in preparation between a day to a week being the longest I have experienced.

I dunno, I find that with the super parts, it almost takes away from the unique color scheme of the Kai. I mean I love super parts in general but imo, with so much of the bird covered up with the parts its a much subtle difference from the regular 31J and 31J Kai.
