I know the Toy Section mentioned 'finished custom work', but recently there's less post on custom work. Traffic-wise on the said subject, it's mostly in the The Workshop section.

Please forgive me. I went through that link and I can't find what I'm looking for. Also used the search function and all I'm getting are "custom" valks. I haven't seen anything on who could do the work. Maybe my search-fu just sucks.

The international plastic modelers society. They have a bunch of forums and You can try asking there if someone in Your area is willing to do what You are looking for.
