Rodavan
Hi Guys I am doing a VF-0S( Fan works ) , and wanted to find out about the heads , there seem to be 2 heads . Maybe this is a stupid question ..... Which is correct ? The back of the heads look different , but both labeled as VF-0S heads . I
slide
the bottom pic is the Hasegawa 1/72 kit... and their interpretations of the line-art have been oft-criticized, lol the line art is as it appears on-screen, Hasegawa's head is 'out of spec' as it were, so if you're going for on-screen accuracy, then go with the line-art. ***update*** the only shots I've been able to find so far in the anime seem to show no bulge on the back of head unit on the VF-0S: *Scene cited for evidence: Shin vs Roy hand-to hand training, episode 2, 14:13 for a timecode on my copy* ***Further Update*** then there's THIS shot, during the assault on the carrier, where in gerwalk the head DOES seem to have the Hasegawa bulge at the back... so it's up to you I suppose Edited January 20, 2017 by slide updated information
Xigfrid
I would look at the anime, since the valk was CG animated it should already be a good compromise between "official" line art and realistic design. If both are the same, then you should be fine!
