Proper decal/sticker techniques

I just got my 1/48 VF-1 and am trying to figure out the best way to detail it. From what I've read the options are:

1) Yamato's stickers

2) Takatoy's stickers

3) Anasazi's decals

Since it looks like I've missed my chance to purchase #3, I think I'll go with #2. My question is are there any tricks to getting the best look from stickers? Are MicroSet/Sol type things just for decals?

Yup, micro-etc only for decals.

About the only thing you can do to stickers is heat them with a hair dryer, so they'll conform better.

i used devins (anasazi37) stickers, and i didn't do anything to them, and they still look pretty good....

I'll be taking orders again in a few weeks. I sell my sets fairly often, just not continuously. It's better for my sanity.
