I was wondering if anyone here with either the R2 DVD or the bootleg from valkyrie-exchange can tell me what the video quality is like for these discs. Are either of them DVD-9 (dual layer) discs? Is this bootleg just a copy of the R2 perfect disc + subs - region or are there differences? I have the Anime Cartoon version and it's a DVD-5 (single layer) and the compression is pretty bad. I just got my 1/48 VF-1 and am trying to figure out the best way to detail it. From what I've read the options are: 1) Yamato's stickers 2) Takatoy's stickers 3) Anasazi's decals Since it looks like I've missed my chance to purchase #3, I think I'll go with #2. My question is are there any tricks to getting the best look from stickers? Are MicroSet/Sol type things just for decals? Thanks
