got mine for 135 sihpped from HK...that is USD 110 per valk...so USD 145 is a reasonable price....though some of these guys got a price wayy lower than that at animepunch (I think so~!)

For a VF-1A Canon Fodder the price is really not that bad. I'd say go for it.
