    For those thinking the trilogy's plot doesn't make sense here is what I make of it.

    Arcee sisters are dead according to Orci and Kurtzman. Two were shot, one was fighting last seen. Skids and Mudflap were originally intended in but were cut. Oh yeah don't blink as they are at the NEST base entrance scene at the end of the line. Lousy editing job. Jolt.. Jolt was really a last minute addition for the Chevy Volt. Really a Deuce Ex Machina device for Optimus' power up in ROTF. DOTM prequel comic has Shockwave kill him.

    I think the Galaxy Alliance developed a "Vehicle" Voltron using these fighters called Fractals.

    Wade, military leader that taken over the Galaxy Alliance, had Black Lion confiscated for 7 years. During those years he had his secret R&D reverse engineering it. This resulted in several prototypes and the finished product giant lion. I'd expect more as Wade does not have access to Voltron or Robeasts. The Galaxy Alliance's own army of autonomous robot lions. Wade happens to be its Papaltine.

    Looks like Wade's robot lions will be the cannon fodder mecha of the show. Extra Large Galaxy Alliance robot lion. Regular sized robot lions. The former being a finished product the rest being prototypes. Makes me wonder if it is a set up for the three cadets to have their own lions.

    Well that was a twist. Especially about the Escandar and Gamelaz, and the means to save Earth.

    The last Gokai Machine? Before that is the Hurricangers Gokai Machine. Rumor has it G3 Princess actresses would show up for the Go-onger ep. Though they'll appear in the Ghost movie. They already received Go-onger's power in the 199 Great Battle movie. A monster made up of all the mooks from Super Sentai for the Ghost movie. Los Dark is the captain and pilot of the ghost ship that turns to GhostGokaiOh.

    Okay the animation is atrocious. But Wade's Lion looked cool with More Dakka even if it was Robeast fodder. At least we know the Galaxy Alliance would have mecha even without Voltron at their side. Going over the head writer's responses don't count on Sven and Vehicle Voltron for now. They want to develop the current characters. Haggar is dead. The Haggar nebula is her corpse.

    Damn Basco is more of a cheater than Diend. I'm disappointed that that the FreeJoker is just another Zangyack warship variant. So we get Zangyack may well color code their ships. Gold - Front line warship Green- Planetary destruction special unit Purple- Imperial Guard Red- Privateer

    With that evil looking Robot Lion with a crest at its chest I can see a possibility Mattel making a toy. Maybe a evil Voltron? We'll just have to wait for SDCC in July.

    New Trailer Given that in Keith's profile says he's been on the run from the now corrupt Galaxy Garrison and looking for Black Lion I think GG has made an analog of the lions.

    Not head switching but main body swapping. From the mass proportions and various new parts I don't see toys can do this with the same lion.

    Modified cockpits are two seaters. That's just the first ep combining are they at the back of Black Lion. Looking at it I can see the possibility of arm an legs being interchangeable in toys. Still not convinced an arm or leg turn to a main body in a toy. Though one guy I know who posts at the Voltron forum says each lion is $40. He's assuming Mattel can do this.

    From what info I can glean Basco like Marvelous was a Red Pirate under AkaRed. Until he betrayed the Red Pirates to Zangyack. Taking with him sixth Ranger Keys and a trumpet that works like Diend's gun.

    I'm just gonna make a merchandise prediction. The toys may not have the parts swapping but different sets or body, arms, legs for the new Voltron. Each main body having a different set of wings.

    As for the Animation yeah not sure if want. What seems to be different is that the lions have multiple pilots. At least three new characters.

    Hasbro's TF page was upgraded with tons of new info. http://www.hasbro.com/transformers/en_US/discover/cybertronian-database.cfm#/characters/optimus_prime Use the drag function to flip through pages. So the Ark served as a command ship much like the Nemesis till it disappeared interesting.
