we have trains here in holland that deliver more power
"our" standard electro locomotive has 2x 1790kW, weighing 84 tons
=54kW/1t
our Headrunner -a complete train- has 1890Kw at 192t = 9.84Kw/1t
these are trains that have a top speed of 180-160 Km/H
now I don't know what the Gundam's power-to-weight ratio is
edit: ah, around 60t = 23kW/1t (that's quite a difference!)
not very impressive when a VF-1 is 19.2t loaded with FP's totalling 677kW/1t

It was stated the reason they changed the HK's was because the timeline has changed for the third time. Since CRS was the new carrier of the machines, they took designs and changed them around to look more sleek. Remember, the war was to begin in 1997, I think in this story, it's 2007, not 2003...I'm not sure, once Terminator 2 rolled out the timeline when it was taking place was so f'ed up. I mean John was suppose to be 12 or something and in middle school...yet he was porn in 1984...and the movie was out in 1991, you'd think it'd be in 1990 or 91 which would put John at 6 or 7, but NO, he's freaking 12. So go figure when this all takes place really
the ORIGINAL timeline though, from what I've read, was the most horrible and phsycotic of them all...atleast than, Skynet wasn't software really... if you look in the disc 2 of the dvd set i believe it tells you why they went with the new design. i still perfer the old design instead of the sharklike/mantalike design. Too bad CRS redesign the t-600/t-800-850 to look older

t3 is ok in my book the part he step on the girly glasses reminded me of t1 of the bad t-800 killing off sarahs roommate and her bf. I realy wished they went with the old design of the hk flyer instead of the one they used in the movie. its not bad but i perfer the old ones. Hope the upcomming pc game is worth it.

i dont see they needing destroids after sw1 seeing its was designed for defence to supplement its ok but not that ok defence system. but i might see it as invading another planet but simular to ghost (no human factor involved). send Vf-XX from the attack fleet to dominate the air and surounding space then launch tons and tons of unmaned destroids to depopulate the area without too much dmg to the factories, mines, ect.

crest would make a killing if they produce a supline of the whitestrips but call it valkstrips. those things work but proly melt the valk thou.

the tiger and the panzer are just the delux models and very hard to get. the newer ones are somewhat getting hard to get but is simpler and cheaper.
the others (other than the 2 delux models listed above)
abrams desert and green
challenger brown and desert
JGSDF Type 90 Tank (tons of colors and mhz ranges)
Leopard 2A5
and the 2 upgrade kits
the hi-mobility wheel set replaces those fixed wheels with the moving ones
the track set is basicly a set of rubber tracks with 2 trees of plastic cleets you have to glue it. it makes the tank look bit more real but its a pain to glue them little cleets into the track.
after that i think they stop producing them and keep going with there car lines

Hey Zentran... I just looked up a few sites selling kyosho pocket armours, and they go for like 86 bucks! Thats way outta my budget. I want something around 20 bucks. Nothing fancy. Doesnt have to have a rotating turret. Just something that works well and wont break and stuff. LOL
Im not gonna spend 80 bucks on something smaller than a hotwheels car ^__^-BEN-MAN-
hmm good luck on finding the good price. i got my green abrams pocket armour from HLJ for like 50 bucks when the hikky 1-48 vf-1 came out. those ones have rotation turrets but you have to rotate it by hand.
Also theres some tanks under 20 bucks in hobbytron. just click on mini rc tanks on the bottom of the page. they arent as fancy but its cheap.

Sebastian, you just gave me a great idea.. I'm still not 100% how I want it to look... I'm doing something really rough on photoshop to get a better idea. Oh, and that pic of the parts - I laid them out nice and neat to spray them! I wouldn't spray them like they are in the pic!
Rob - I'm going to use grey and blue with some black trim. I'm thinking of experimenting with stripes on the arms and legs like the dryl schemes, and a cannon fodder scheme for the chestplate, wings and tail fins.
Datt - I took out all the screw then used a small screwdriver to pry out the nosecone. I gradually applied pressure until it popped out. I know what you mean.. I thought I was going to break it!

i just got a xmod today and its a good bootleg of the mini-x/mini-z but with not as much features unless you buy it. my yellow Skyline looks pretty cool with the extra stickers from my vf-1 FP set i just bought.
Dont get teh zipzaps se ones. the proportional steering is nice but the sound it makes as it centers will driver you batty.

I want a mini RC Tank! But.. Theres so many to choose from! I dont want one of the 80 dollar ones with Infra Red Rotating Turret For Combat Action, LOL. I just want a sturdy dependable little thing to have fun cruising over the rubish on my desk. Does anyone know a good one? I'd be incredibly interested. If its around 20 bucks, I'd definitely go for it. And naturally.. it has to have actual tracks. Those fake ones with wheels really suck.
get a kyosho pocket armour if you can find one. its slow and hvy but it climbs up about anything it can gets its rubber tracks on.
Bitcharg was my first mini rc one its a good little thing except the metal clip tends to break the plasic that connects to the shell.
I recommend you visit Hobby Tron website its a good spot to find any rc you desire.

Yes, the mine energist episode was #8, but there was no regult, although Escaflowne was done by Kawamori. It was just a work melef.
Look at it closer.
You can't see it when Van's smashing it, but when it's working in the background it's fairly obvious. They glued a pair of arms to a Regult and painted it gold.
can someone get a pic of that and post it?

The digging claws are attached to where the side thrusters are normally mounted on a Regult.

umm....for now brown, lol.
actually the weird thing is, almost everythign i like or own is red or bright red (fav color, go fig.) but for glasses i dont like red tinting, i found blue tinting looks better (at least for me) from the outside, but when u look thru them it doesnt "change" any of the colors, white remains white, red is still red, and so on. the sun takes on a darker tint, so everythings cool with them on.

arg as im putting the stickers on the fp i found that my left boost (the one oppsit of the strike cannon side) has some bad pitting on the bottom of the booster and the a small but noticable pit on the nozzle. the big one on the bottom looks like when it was soft someone pressed his thumbnail on it. shame i can post a pic of it since my friend borrowed my camera while hes on vaction.
