I enjoyed the Suntory Hibiki, plus the bottle is pretty awesome.

The VT-1 does look nice there in front of the Monster.
And now I have all that empty space in front all the way past Lego Voltron since I moved the minis to their own shelf
So I'm likely going to grab at least the Messer to go in front and then maybe look and see who else I don't have a version of somewhere in a different scale.

I'm holding myself to just the VE-1 (and maybe the 1s Messer since that color scheme is so different from most of what I have.
But I have a bit of empty shelf space now that I moved all the mini/super deformed guys from this spot to their own shelf over one of the windows (with all my mini Gundam guys):

I love building models but get lazy as hell with finishing them sometimes though. So I'm for completed Toys as well.
I've got a Regult model I bought because it was a great price but I'm probably going to send it t a buddy because it is going to just sit here on my office shelf and collect dust.
The Moscato sets were very tempting but I knew it would just sit there next to that Regult box.

I'll patiently wait and see what Sentinel might come up with.
I still need to build my Capt America kits too.
I really wanted one, but I'm awful at models so having a pre-built toy works better for me.

I think when I saw this before the legs were straight forward and now they angle out a little and that helps a lot. I get the feeling Sentinel might do something to rain on this guy's parade though...
They're hoping to have these in their warehouse three months from now, so with Sentinel's pace MEP should have some time in market.
Granted, I'll buy Sentinel's when they eventually come out too, if they ever get me my Blowsperior. -

Luckily I already had all the destroids, a glaug, and regult.
I gave in and grabbed a VE-1 as well. And I'm looking at the FEXTHobby displays and stands too.

Though a RT product, these look like they will be fun:

Take your time. Finish the basement first, then pick up some HMR off of here or the bay when someone lets it go.
There's no hurry in acquiring Valks, I say, and you probably already have a few VF-1's right? Swoosh them around a bit while watching your basement getting tricked out.
I've got a Yammie v1 VE-1 which I'm considering selling off to justify buying the HMR VE-1, but my wife keeps being overly supportive and tells me not to sell any of them off and just buy. She's not helping any.

I made a serious mistake I need the money to finish our basement, not buy more of these guys. Talk me out of it before I convince myself to get "just one more". You know, maybe a VE-1. And maybe that Messer color edition 1S because it is different.
I wish it didn't look so good next to the destroids and Zentaedi. I may try popping the extra Hikkie into the Defender if he fits.

That's one of the reasons I've been avoiding it for this long- I need to redo my basement before I go on a buying spree.

Looking forward to picking them upat a semi-reasonable price.

So I've already owned the destroids, regult, and glaug. But I've been holding off on a getting any valks, mainly because I already have valks at 1/48, 1/55, and 1/60 scales, so buying into a totally different scale took convincing myself. But after seeing everyone's picts and @jenius's reviews over time, I've finally taken the plunge and bought one- just one, to see if I can control myself.
Not opening it until I get home from work, but first impressions:
- Having played with the Bandai DX just yesterday, this guy is so adorably tiny.- I'm loving the fact this has two Hikkies, a Misa, and a Minmei minis

Oooooooo, don't get me started. I need to stay away from those!
I've got my mini gashapon sized ones and I'm happy with those. I just need more in that size for the Zentraedi.

I've been tempted- the articulation for it looks decent given what they had to work with, especially since this seems to cost in the same range as people selling the old non-articulated Matchbox version.
Granted, with the rest of my stuff coming in over the next couple of months, I've been holding off on this one. -

And now I have a new problem. This is my first enemy mech. Gonna need more!
I'd buy more regults is they didn't cost an insane amount now.

I've been tempted by the Dairugger but I just bought a few things and have a ton of kickstarters coming through the next few months so I keep talking myself out of it.

And @vlenhoff, you're making me want to go ahead and pick up a Spartan. It's not my favorite destroid, but maybe it would satisfy my desire for a Tomahawk in the short term. I would really love to get a Monster, but realistically don't have the space.
Agreed. The Spartan has always been my least favorite destroid and yet I love the little HMR guy to death. The detailing is fantastic for the size; he feels quite hefty and solid to play with. My only small complaint is the cockpit doesn't open at all like the Monster and Defender. But that is so minor compared to everything else.

My baby finally arrived after a bit of a wait:
Already having fun popping it in with my other Yammie 1/48s.
This has to be my favorite bit of tampo detail, though. I love having the military label for the fastpacks to explain the hole required for them. That and the teeny Vermillion 3.

They replied back saying the the run would be too small to be cost effective, either through new molding or through paint apps.

I'm south of San Francisco (moving to Los Angeles soon). I was well away from any fires but PG&E was cutting off the transmission lines and that impacted a lot of areas far removed from the action. Hope your peeps managed to avoid bigger headaches than some prolonged down time.
Most are doing well. My BIL is Santa Rosa fire chief, so he's been up helping deal with the Kincaide fire. A few friends who live in RP were just outside the power outage zones and just outside the evac zones, so they've been having other people come to their place. One friend I haven't heard from yet lives in Windsor where the fires have been, so I'm not sure yet if they lost their place.
Moving the show down to LA? -

Thanks!
They say they have no plans at this time. I'm going to note that there are some who would be interested.

I'm biting for at least three- my legios need some inbit crawling all over them. Way better than using my old Matchbox "scouts" who aren't scouts.
