I did a little experiment in my car. Without the steering wheel in the way, I could extend my arms all the way out and do the Freyja cockpit dance moves just fine. It was worth finding out even with the awkward stare from the car next to me sitting at the light.

Whew! Woke up this morning and thought I missed the boat. It's still up at amiami, so I pre-ordered 1 CF valk. That's what I get for binge watching House of Cards and not checking MW more often.

Between the original VHS and LD releases, the English dub LD, the 1992 VHS and LD Perfect Edition releases, the first DVD, the Remastered DVD, the 2012 BD and now THIS Blu-ray, by my count I now own 9 versions of this damn movie. 11 if you include the UK Kiseki sub and dub on VHS somewhere on the other side of the planet.

It is kind of funny how I'll hang on to all the older media of DYRL even though I don't even own a VCR or Laserdisc player, so I have no way of playing them. I still keep my old PS1 just in case I want to play the DYRL side scrolling game. I haven't played it in years.

I'm wondering if the bonus stand comes in a separate box and that's what pushed the shipping cost up? I would think Bandai would use the same box as the Hikaru VF-1S for the Roy since the stand was a limited bonus for early orders. This way they don't have to change packaging for later non-bonus stand orders.

Another thing I would like to mention just as an FYI regarding my additional invoice from NY for the VF-1S. I couldn't get to the payment page through the link on the email. I had to manually log in to PayPal directly to find the pending invoice and make the payment. It sounds like they are really having problems with their invoice systemm

damn bro that sucks, but didnt the USPS gives an internal, temporal tracking number for control? in my country they do it, when the package arrives they give an internal tracking, i can read it from the box. Check it out in the USPS office.

My sentiment as well. The opening song was very forgetable. I knew the music wasn't going to be as good the minute I learned Yoko Kanno wasn't doing it.

Still, there's plenty to like about the series than dislike, and I'm definitely leaning more to an overall thumbs up.

I don't understand box collection people, and making a video of something you aren't even really going to show makes even less sense.

What bothers me more is the lack of any talking. Just the hiss of the active mic. It always seems creepy and kind of freaks me out. Like some sort of stalker-like voyeur video or something.
