  1. On-topic please guys.

    Ummmmmm.....we are on topic.

So the VF-1S Hikaru will be out before the 1D? That's cool with me. The Strike Hikky is the one I was the most anyways. Besides of course the VE and VT. I have determined...with how popular the v.2 1/60 line is. Yamato will milk it. And we will all buy in to it.

And a HUGE THANKS to you too mate for a very speedy payment and great communication. THANKS!!!

  3. Maui wowie! Got my VF-1A with Super Strike Parts today and I see what all the hype has been about! This this is smooth as butter! Beautifully sculpted! Just plain goregous! Can't wait to get home and tinker with it!

  4. I guessed right then! I mainly thought it was because so far, the 1A with looser shoulders has had no reported breakages. Thanks for the diagram man! Therefore, it is in our best interested(1S owners), to find a way to get the shoulder armor off, and loosen the screws.

Too late for me :( .

Until I get my 2nd 1S. Now I know...and knowing is half of the intergalactic battle ^_^ .

  5. Now...George Sohn said on collectiondx's SDCC pod cast that the Robotech chunkies will be made depending on demand. Well....just showing the VF-1D will not drive up demand, showing that and the DYRL trio would have(Strike, ELINT, Super O).

I'm with you on this...of course...you should already know that. I am a lover of the Chunky.

  6. Looking at my 1/60 last night I was so, so tempted to just try and pop the arm off since the shoulder joint appears to be a simple ball/socket affair. I almost gave it a tug, and then I realized that my life is filled with ironies and I would probably break the shoulder hinge clean off while trying to snap the arm back into it's socket. Maybe I'll just brace the hinge and sit down for an hour twirling the arm in circles until it loosens up. :p

It would happen to you would'nt it...:lol::lol:

  7. Thanks. Actually since I gave it to him he has left it in battroid mode in a single pose on the corner of the coffee table in the living room and it is not to be touched. He plays with my 1/55 Cannon fodder constantly righti in front of this one and whenever I try to get near the red custom he yells at me not to touch it. It is part of his collection. So basically he has decided that it is a display piece. I have asked him if he wants me to transform it for him and I picked it up and he freaked out that I messed up his pose and that the blaster was in the wrong position. For now, no fear of further chipping. It is pretty ironic.

That is awesome that he wants a display piece. Equally awesome that he yelled at you. . Just kidding....or am I.
