Next most spent was the 1/3000 PF SDF-1 and finally my 31A thanks to @no3Ljm. The 31A on AmiAmi is about what I paid is memory serves right. It’s a great price considering what it’s going for. If someone has the funds and wants one, get it at this price.

Yep. Night and day. I much prefer the DYRL version myself.
Same here. But it really would be nice to have an Arcadia produced TV SDF-1 to display it beside their DYRL SDF-1. I think the closest way to do that is thru the Hasegawa kits. I know the TV kit is not that TV accurate but style-wise, it really goes together with the DYRL.
Ok. That’s my last say on that. Don’t want to derail the topic anymore.

Are the TV and DYRL SDF-1's that much different? I haven't looked that hard at them.

Interesting, while I would prefer both parts coming in one package, as long as they arrive at the same time it's all good. Maybe after slaginpit's order they were just like screw it, one box is too big and expensive.
I received the second box of my XN Raiser a couple of days after.

I was more interested in how it ended up on Amazon USA but it's not on AJ or on their very own website.
In fact, I actually tried going to AJ first. And see if it's there so I don't need to pay CA tax. But for some reason there wasn't.
Will update you guys. Coz after I placed the order, I was thinking maybe there was some glitch happened and I will get some email later on that says that the item is not available.
*Knock on wood*.

I think there was only one. I added it to my cart maybe a minute after the post and I don't think you can increase the amount. So yeah, 1. Didn't need it anyway.
I see. Thanks. I tried ordering within 5-10minutes when I saw the post. And it took awhile for my order to went thru since I had a problem with one of the cards that I have for payment. And after I placed my order, I still see the order page live. So I'm assuming there were more than one unit available.

The toy looks awesome. I hope those hinges are sturdy too. No one's gonna really know until they fork out the dough and handle it.
I had the green Legios from the 80's (Aoshima?) it was pretty burly. Especially with my clumsy kid hands
it could take a beating .
If it's from the 80's, then it must be Gakken?

So, how many of you guys score from Amazon earlier?

That is very cool.
Yes, it is. And I like that redesign cockpit concept.
Though my point from my last post is that for all those gimmicks that they have done and knowing that this is another small figure from Sentinel, I hope that all those hinges will not easily break after 1 or 2 transformation like its Ride Armor counterpart.

Nice @Rogueload!
So Bandai... when are you going to release Arad's and Chuck's Super Parts?

Ok, ok. I stand corrected: that Legioss does look small, I'd still argue that the Legioss is simpler in transformation (unless Sentinel made it really complex). It's simpler than a VF-1 which should reduce the risk of breakage issues, so I'm keeping my preorder as well. I really hope that Sentinel issues replacements for their Mospeadas.
Well, Sentinel did made the transformation a little bit complex. Remember that the canopy now is under the head neck area. So the fuselage have more transformation gimmick this time around rather than just flip it towards the back.

Yeah but you need one more VF-1S Hikaru for that centerpiece(s).
I know. But I can't resist that Amazon price when I saw it.

Did anyone else get 2 tracking numbers for their Sazabi from ShowZ? I'm wondering if it was just too big to ship in one box?
Probably they separate the 2 boxes on each shipping to save cost(?). Like what they did on the 00 XN-Riser. Though I just received 1 tracking number from them for that.

I think a lot of us are gonna be in the same boat with the DX-VF-1's. 1-4 Skull Squadron members and out. Just to damn hard to get and a little big. HMR's and Yamarcadia's V2's are just so much easier and more fun to play around with IMHO.
12 minutes ago, sqidd said:I do agree that the 1/60 Yamacadia's when looked at as a whole have a lot to offer. I love the 1/48's. But the 1/60's are a lot easier to manage.
It's why I'm just focused on getting Hikaru's Valk on this DX VF-1's. Coz he's my favorite one.
And they're really huge IMHO. They should be displayed as a center part of anyone's VF-1 collection.

Well , if you have a TWE Strike, getting this ko will give you the Aile pack...
I have the Aile Strike. And tbh, if I were to display individual Strike with its pack, I'll rather have a Strike that have the same decals across. Which this KO has the same as the Aile Strike release than the TWE one. Which if I think about it, kinds of contradict on my 00 Gundams since the decals varies from 00 Riser to 00 7Swords.

Never watched it. Was it as awesome as the live action Dragonball?
If you meant Dragonball Evolution, then for me, the The Last Airbender is better.

1 is never enough!!!
I know. I'm just thinking if I really really badly needed to have the individual packs displayed in the future.
Or I could just wait for an official announcement of a Perfect Strike pack so I just need to display everything in one.

Sentinels love us so they do small figures for us who have small appartaments and not enough free space.
Before i got my 1st Sentinel's Ride armor i was afraid it's so small too, but now i don't care about size. I just want a good quality without breaking parts.
I agree. Since if this release becomes successful down the line and Sentinel decides to make the Tlead companion then this will become too big when it's combined. So I think the 1/48 is a good size. I don't mind a 1/60 scale since majority of my VF-1's are all in 1/60.
But then again, 1/60 is really going to be small and it's all going to be partsformer.
And yes, good quality without breaking parts is always an ideal for us collectors. Sad to say, that cannot be said with the Ride Armors because most of us here already have stress marks on the rotating hinge that holds the chest metal bar that goes under the arm. My Stick has already have cracks. And some marks are already there out of the box.

So at 16cm tall in Armo-Soldier mode, this Legioss will be smaller than even Sentinel’s own Ride Armor figures, right?
I can understand them being smaller than Toynami or CM’s offerings. But wow, that’s a huge size difference.
So basically, this Legioss will be just a smidge taller than an iPhone Plus?
If it was scaled up to be 2 or 3cm taller, I might be convinced to pull the trigger. But not at this current size and current price point.
Legioss Armo-Soldier figure height is 16cm. Ride Armors figure height is approximately 16cm. This info came from Sentinel's website. We've been discussing this height and scale some few pages ago. And yes, this figure is small at 1/48. But it will scale with the VF-1's if you have it in 1/48 scale.
