Official Bandai 1/60 Scale DX Toy Thread Ver.2
Ghostkiller replied to Graham's topic in Hall Of The Super Topics
hello Shin Densetsu Kai 7.0 I think you have been way too yamatoed in the bad way Just concentrate your attention to the current design and then you will admit that the pictures shown so far do not represent a kick asssssss release on the VF-25 this explains the complains toys that we are looking for are collectors items and some of them are fragile on the design side but with care they last long At the end of the day if the toy looks accurate for display : YOU R HAPPY !!!!! -
I need more rooms it is getting crowded 4 valks per level is a bit too much for an ikea's display

Just wanted to say By keeping this support to a bad looking toy we will just get bad looking toys in the futur wake up guys ! toy manufacturers are reading forums to get a good temperature of their product .... if we keep saying it is not that bad we will simply keep getting this kind of bad product we all deserve good products considering the price they are asking for people who like it have strange taste honestly, we are not the same buyers I guess.... I am always looking for good looking and quality products and for those that are angry against yamato I have to say that without yamato design even if it could be fragile sometimes they will just have a fleet of chunkies that just does not represent corretly the macross mecha universe to display how could those valks reminds you at a first sight of macross you have to be realistic to finish I am not yamatoed : as a customer I just deserve a good product specially when the term 1/60 perfect transfo vf-25 is used When I read VF-25 i expect a VF-25 and not something like a VF-25 -

not an 80s toy but something that could have been produced years years years ago My post pointed out that lazy bandai team did not use correctly the availaible technology to produce the toy ouups they used CAD design actually but the cad was wrong ! let's wait until a serious company gives more attention into a design and it would be a real pleasure to make comparaison picks just for you -

If you think it looks like a modern toy I think you are blind or just too happy to get the only vf-25 toy in 1/60 simple exemple : short landing gears is an old school design those gears just make it looks like the alpha masterpiece I do not even think that the fighter mode is mistranformed it just pops up from everywhere It is me being bad here ====> mistransforming a valk into fighter mode is a real challenge I have nothing against Bandai and I thought it would have been nice to have competition that could bring us all good valks in the near futur but it makes no match here Where is the sleek mode of the VF-25 ? they have screwed up with the design and this just not acceptable nowadays no compromise was made from a mode to another mode... none of them looks really good If pay for a valk I would expect at least envoy one of the mode I know a lot of us on the bord just bought a valk cause they loved 1 particular mode.... just for the display in the collection -

Bandai 1/72 Scale Macross Frontier Plastic Models
Ghostkiller replied to Graham's topic in Hall Of The Super Topics
I will not use the black and red decals as they are really easy to paint all you need is a good tam masking tape Decals on this transforming model won't last long if the model gets transform a lot how to make a model as durable as the toy for the rest of the decals they need to be aplyed on a gloss finish coat and after the application you can spray flat clear all other the bird this will need its own topic when I get the bird I will share with you guys my build of course -

Looks much better in the pics here now but the profile balance of the front part is pointing down to much and that bugs me. the front section is too large and does not help the overall look of it in fighter but I will need to check the real thing before considering a purchase let's wait -
hi VF-1 do not need fuel so no tanks turbo nuke engine is used for the 1/48 you do not need to mold anything just buy missiles .. etc from a recent plane kit

hope there is more proto if not bandai made us a chunky valk this is a toy and not a masterpiece bandai has its own definition of masterpiece..... Bandai should use nowadays technology seriously and thinking about the design : there is no anime magic in the vf-25 at all so how can bandai end up with an ugly toy ? I am glad I did not preorder this chunky -
hey guys relax and pls avoid bad english KIDS are reading it is the toy section
