Aha! Flash of inspiration, you just gave me an idea. Is the brown part of Hikaru's VF-1D valk the exact same shade brown with the CF, except for the chest plate and sides of the legs? That means I can actually create a custom VF_1D with Captain America's kits without too much problems!

CF VF-1J is just yuck. Angelbirds only. And I've never seen the Blue Roses in the series, so I'm not oligated to have them in my collection.

I just noticed that there are a lot of "I got my first 1/48" type topics. Would it be a good idea to make one pinned one, like a "Yamato 1/48 club" Thread or something like that? I do enjoy reading people's opinions and stories with their new 1/48s, but feel that they should exist in the one thread, especially with Yamato's growing popularity and new flux of 1/48s to come through.

I hope that he can put individual names on them. I want my name on a CF dammit! And my girlfriend does too.

Hi Wickedprince, Take the boxes (the outside) and crease them nicely at the fold and flatten them. Cut the tape at the four corners on the inside box and flatten them as well. As for the plastic trays just stack them. You have 1 too may LV and 8 too many FAST Packs. For the cure, PM me. I can solve all of those problems.

Yep. But why don't you wait for the GBP? It will probably most likely generate a new flow of VF-1Js too. Methinks that there will be fewer bundles of GBP than armour alone, as it really is only an upgrade. Hardly anyone will buy bundles I think, unless they missed out on VF-1s. But the armour alone is a guaranteed hit. The only reason I think you don't want to wait is that you are looking for prices to compare for selling your own VF-1J.

I got mine for $140 USD and $180 USD. You can expect to pay up to $200 USD, but that may be pushing it. It is still at retail price in Japan.

I think it is a matter of time. I heard that next year we will see a resurgence of the next popular valk. You don't want to bring out too many things close together. My wishlist is: DYRL? FAST Packs Hikaru VF-1Js (we'll get that with the GBP armour, but I want 12 alone) and CF (this is going to be released. It's easy. Just a matter of when. I want a Yamato one because I hate paint chipping). Unlike EXO, I won't be able to hiberate well. I'll just be stickering during the winter I guess.
