I honestly think it'll be like the Z Gundam movies: 80% old footage, 20% new footage. Scenes deleted, shifted around. Some new fights added.

I dunno, man. I'm not too impressed. This is Shoji Kawamori...he can do better. The video only goes further to indicate this robot mode has no way to transform into car mode. Looks like he just designed a robot and named it after the car.

I don't think it's the faceplate being off. I think Cullen's still "got it," but Bay must have used a HELL of a lot of voice processing. The damn thing is, there is SO MUCH voice processing, it's essentially lost the "Cullen"ness of it all. With THAT much processing, you or I could be Optimus Prime and we could make our voices sound like that too.

Uh...forgive me if this is going to be answered in the game, but did Raiden get his lower jaw removed???

I saw the third movie just yesterday, and it seemed to me that Rosamia's spirit came out of nowhere. She was last seen in movie 2, alive and well. I've seen the show, and I remember a 10-episode (or so) arc where Rosamia infiltrates the AEUG posing as Camille's sister. But that wasn't in the movie. I kind of wished that, for consistency's sake, Tomino had removed Rosamia's ghost from the final scene of the third movie. As is, it just seems like she appears out of the blue, and one could be forgiven for asking, "Huh? Who's that again?"

I was actually really saddened by that video...people didn't seen to know who she was. Even if they recognized the song (which seemed unlikely), there was nothing to indicate that she wasn't just some karaoke singer. Anywhoo, here's a much HAPPIER video for you guys. ^^^Eh. Close enough. That's...not...too bad. As long as it's not a HUGE size disparity (a la Optimus and Starscream), I'll be happy. I WOULD, however, like to see comparison shots with the YF-19 with the other valkyries, to get an idea of how big it'll be.

I don't have a 1/48 VF-1, but I do have a 1/60 VF-0. I both LOVE the thing and hate it. I like that it's more-or-less the same size as the VF-1. I like its detail and how accurate it is to the show. I hate transforming it. Hard as hell to transform, and to this day I STILL haven't gotten it back perfectly into fighter mode. SOMETHING is always mis-aligned, be it the legs, backpack, backpack fins, etc. So, uh, back to my original question, of whether the 1/60 YF-19 can look the VF-1 or VF-0 in the eye, I meant it *LITERALLY* Like, when they're standing on the shelves, are they relatively going to stand shoulder-to-shoulder? I'm so sorry to be asking n00b questions like this, but this is sometihng that isn't obvious to someone who doesn't know the size of these fighter planes, in canon. How big is this toy going to be? I'm aware that this is 1/60, and I'm aware that the 1/48 VF-1 and 1/60 VF-0 are the same size because the VF-0 is a big plane, but how big exactly is the 1/60 YF-19? EG, is this toy going to be able to look at the 1/48 VF-1 in the eye? Will it be as big as the 1/60 VF-0? Or is it going to be as short as the 1/60 VF-1?

*BLINK* Now THIS was a depressing thread. I had already known about Suzuoki's death by the time I decided to post in this board, but Sayle's dead too? Jeez...
