Another sad day for me. I just got an email from dendenhobby.com that they won't be able to fulfull my order as they only 5% of their order. Still, not too sad as I've been buying Yamato stuff lately and this justs confirms my desire to leave the Frontier stuff out of my display until Yamato gets the license.
I also just got that same email. Luckily I did not put all of my trust in them and pre-ordered elsewhere. Now I feel uneasy with my one VF-25G pre order at Nippon Yasan...

Does OtaCute lock in the price in US$ when you pre order?
Also, via otacute, there's is almost a $82 price difference between the VF-17D and the VF-19F. Why is there such a large difference in price between the two other than fast packs? The VF-17 is on its second production run on that mold and the VF-19 is on its third run.

nippon-yasan wanted prepayment, I'll hold off for the yamato releases this year! My V1 VF-25G with super parts has never looked so good to me! But I do really like my V2 VF-25F, it may be the only one I get!
Nippon-yasan does not require prepayment. There are different options when checking out. I chose to be invoiced 2-3 weeks prior to release date and you will have up to 1 day prior (to release) to pay for the item.

I don't even think that's physically possible. There's no way it was actually open for anyone to order.
That's exactly what I thought for the amiami VF-171EX pre order - and it never came alive again. Luckily I got in a pre order elsewhere, but it is possible at amiami for whatever reason.

It depends when it actually went up. I searched the site for it at 11:55pm PST and it wasn't there....the instant it did go up I went and it was already sold out. Just make it a web shop exclusive, Bandai!

When did you order your YF-29? Was it backordered? Do you remember when you ordered by any chance? I've ordered mine when it was backordered but haven't heard anything from them yet.
My order date was 2/09/12 at about 1:00pm (PST?)
I'm not sure if it was on pre order or backorder, I just submitted an order asap
