I'll admit that I enjoyed the first Wildstorm Robotech miniseries because at least it had a new story. I understand HG's desire to restructure the Robotech continuity and don't have a problem with it. To be honest, not a lot of thought was given to continuity when they first hacked the three seperate series together, and I appreciate attempts to fix it.
Love & War is not holding my interest as there are far too many scenes recycled from the TV series - especially ones that are supposed to be suspenseful. Let's face it, we all know how this miniseries is going to end.
I've also been reading comics long enough to know that artistic inaccuraries are a fact of life, and should *never* be the deciding factor when computing one's enjoyment of a series.
The only part of Love & War I liked were the 2 or 3 pages early on that showed Dan & Bowie evacuating Earth...
