Day 3: Still no update from NY. Been wondering how the paypal dispute function works. Am I overreacting? I must be overreacting. Edit: I got a reply. They're asking for more money. I have a feeling it's gonna be a lot more.

That makes sense as to why NY asked for an additional 1k yen. They couldn't be bothered to repack the item but it's still nice to have extra protection.

That's probably the least menacing HMR box so far. Even the Regult looked rugged. The Glaug looks peaceful and friendly.

If they are having a shortage, I suspect those who ordered limited stand version might get short-changed and end up with the valk alone. They replied to my earlier ticket and told me it'll be shipped today but I'm having doubts. I have a feeling this might be the straw that broke the camel's back.

They don't. Based on my experience, they fulfil smaller orders first. Sometimes it's SAL first, then EMS. I placed my order early but I've yet to receive shipping notice.

That's something they occasionally do which can be infuriating since it's clearly their mistake. I don't see how they could've gotten shipping cost wrong when the Hikaru version was released earlier and shipping cost for that remained unchanged. Unless they claim the special stand adds 100 grams to the shipping cost. How many pieces did you order?

It's going to be blue. Not VF-0D blue but halfway there. I'd personally prefer a gray scheme.

Did they remove the hatch that conceals the forward landing gear for the sake of the photo? The rear wheels however, are unexpected.

I would actually love to get my hands on a VF-11 reissue. Even better if it's a new mold but the Yamato version was pretty solid too.

I don't think they knocked down the price for their entire VF-2SS inventory. It's only for the 'box damaged' version. -
Amiami didn't send me a payment request when my friend did. I logged in and paid for it manually through their website, after which I received the request email. I'm guessing their system is clogged. It showed 'awaiting payment' when I logged in.

I've received payment request from Hobby Search. HLJ will probably do the same in 12 hours. Amiami within the next few hours, probably.
