Amiami has just shipped my replacement part via SAL. I thought they shipped my Glaug but then I remember that it wasn't out yet. -

I sent them an e-mail twice. Same thing here. They usually respond to my other enquiries but they're ignoring this one. I think it's safe to say that CDJ is almost as bad as NY when it comes to after-sales service. At least NY flatly denied replacement. I'll be steering clear of them in the foreseeable future. -
Wow. The Mirage custom looks really good as a toy. I didn't like it in the show but the DX version looks really alluring.

If they want to continue building hype for the show and the toys, they should release pre-orders for the 31J next month for an October release and I think they will.

I'd do that if I had that much cash lying around and Delta toys weren't coming out. Only 1 of them are mine. It's a group buy to save on shipping but I'm not going through all that trouble again.

I received a second shipment today and I'm happy to report that NY came through and all units came with a limited edition stand. Warning: not all units are mine. If I can offer one additional advise when it comes to purchasing from NY, try not to buy too many units. 2 years ago, they used to prioritize large shipments with multiple units but I'm guessing you guys raised hell with late shipments that they now ship out single units or lower quantity orders first. Mine was among the last to be shipped (last Thursday). They managed to figure out that pissing off 1 customer is better than pissing off 10.

After a good night's rest, I've realized that I shouldn't have ranted about spoilers yesterday since it's not THAT bad but it was nice seeing the parts in action. I also think it' ridiculous having so many texts hidden by the spoiler tag that would probably not be removed even months from now. I apologise for the outburst and I've come to terms with spoilers. Please feel free to post them. That being said, I was expecting the 31A to have a missile/extra armament backpack like the YF-30 but it was disappointing that it didn't.

I received some of my HMR Roy from NY yesterday, 3 weeks after release and I used EMS! Of the units I've received so far, all of them had the stands so I'm happy with that but I'm still extremely unsatisfied with their customer service. No reply to my tickets till today. No apologies, no explanation, nothing. I'm going to let my NY account crash and burn after I use my last voucher. On a side note, they asked me to pay them extra for shipping but for some reason they shipped it out before they even sent an invoice, which I did not receive.

Let me explain what I meant by spoiler. This is a thread on the VF-31, in the Toys sub-forum. Wouldn't revealing new armaments be considered spoilers within that context? I apologise for overreacting but I had a 'wtf' moment when I scrolled down to see photos of the new super parts, and no I don't watch episode previews just like how I don't watch movie trailers. I like to be surprised.

Shouldn't the super parts reveal be categorized under spoilers? It's appearing for the first time on a new valk in a new series. Just like how the battroid transformation sequence for the SV-262 was supposed to be something different and it was kept under wraps for months. I'll stop complaining about it if it's not a spoiler and it was purely my misunderstanding of the term.

I have a suggestion. How about moving spoilers to the episode discussions instead of posting them in the toys section since some of you can't be bothered to hide it using the spoilers function? It hasn't even been 12 hours since the episode aired.

It's Golden Week so I'm assuming NY would be off the entire week... which means I'm not going to get my HMR Roy anytime soon. -
Yet they couldn't be bothered to ship out units that were paid for months ago. It's baffling how they could put up extra units for sale when they seem to have problem securing enough units to fulfill existing pre-orders.

I've been waiting since Monday for an invoice. They told me they would ship it last Friday but they obviously lied. No replies to my tickets so far. No invoice, no shipping.

Wow. I didn't think you guys would be able to crash HLJ but their cart system seems to be down.

They did send me a notice that there'd be additional charges but they did not follow up on it with an invoice or an amount. They just left me hanging. I know they're reading my tickets but they're refusing to respond. I sent an angry one this morning and they had the audacity to resend the 'preparation in progress email' again but no reply whatsoever to any of my tickets. I know they won't ship the item until they're done fleecing me but what's taking them so long?

I got that e-mail as well. Good to know HLJ is helping us out but I wonder if CDJ would do the same. Time to write an e-mail. -
Anyone else yet to receive their HMR Roy from NY? It's been 10 days since they sent a preparation in progress email.
