I am so pissed off that this whole thread has been a double standard as far as the treatment to me and other members here about this entire thread. Good for you guys. Its nice to see that some people are favored over others, that some of us are more equal than the rest. That the "Mods" can write the rules, preech the rules, and then throw them out the door for a friend. Thank you for opening my eyes to the uselessness of trying to speak my mind. I am outraged, sickened and will now leave this forum for good. The internet is a big place, and there are other places I can go. None of you seem to understand how offended I am at the treatment of this thread. It nice to be in another country and not care or another state, but I am compeltely disgusted with this entire thread to the point that I don't need to be here anymore. Good luck modding a Smokescreen man, thats a tough one, its a puzzle balance of transformaion. But yeah, wait for the US version save some dough. Only the Museam series by Romano is to 1/7000 scale. Futura is just about looking good. I have bother brands and personally I prefer the Futura ones, I got them all except for the Equinox and Enterprise. The defiant is sweet. Its a no scale toy though. but I'm sure somebody could aproximate it. This just in, next Star Trek model by Bandai is the NX-01.

Where's the real Alternator Banaltech version of this? Yeah, I'm wishing. How many customs need to be made before somebody at Takara or ugh, Hasbro makes a real one? Bah! Thats like hoping Bandai makes a HG 1/100 Astray

I can't judge it very well until I see the actual model. It looks strange, but its another excuse to by yet another EVA. I hope it comes with a bunch of new accessories.

Its a shame Lucas went and blew up his own franchise, but you know, if I had made something as big as Star Wars I would have done the same thing. The new films are so effects heavy that in just a few years they will all look super dated. His original films hold up because they are not based on how many polygons a computer can pump out, those models really had that much detail. Hmm, I guess that was true until the Special editions, which all should have been rated with a handicap symbol. Lucus just needs to puch this last baby out and his legacy is done. Sometime down the road after his passing Fox can do 3 more movies episodes 7-9. Movies where because the franchise is involved they will be excellent epics with real directors and writers...yes, I'm saying Luca's own franchise has passed him by. Look no further than Jar Jar for the proof.

Thats not her costume, thats what she wears every day, she just left the crown and septor at home. I've noticed that modern comics don't have the "art" they used to before computer coloring. You get some back issues and check out real crosshatching, thats a skill man, only real good artists can do that right. I think a lot of modern comics just outright suck. And on that note, one day man, one day, because my sources have assured me the world is in its final decade, a big celebrity will do a porno. She will will make a deal to get a huge percentage of the profits make a single film, and retire a multimillionare. But you know, in this day and age with shock value so high in media and life, I bet a name actress could get away with a hardcore film. I don't see Alyssa Millono on that list... I pray that any live action attempt to make an anime goes well. Animation is easy to control, live action movies are not. I'd like see Johnny Dep in at least two of those films, he's a good actor and weird enough to pull it off.

The only thing they ever get right in punisher movies is the goddamn shirt. I mean in the first one he's riding a motorcycle through the sewers, in this one the setting is Miami! And travolta is in it, a certified butthead who can't act. I don't like the actor who's playing frank either. If they wanted to set the film somewhere else they should have set it in Chicago, thats a serious urban enivronment. If they wanted a good star for the villian they should have gotten Gary oldman or somebody I can respect that can really be evil. The Punisher has always been a 6 foot plus slab of unshaven beef that would scare the crap out of you if you met him, the man in that pic is a little chicken, a scared little bird that lives in the park eating crackers from old men. Gulf war vet, dude thats not a real war, we ran over a thrid world army. Vietnam is a blood and guts sacrifice war that could give a man like Frank the skills he needs to combat crime. Who gives a crap about his age or that its not contemporary its not like people don't know their basic history. Vietnam vet gives the character a weight, a history that the Gulf war can't. Damn you hollywood!

That full armor thing is pretty weird, I can't say I like it at all.... The thing is, if they remake one Eva, they are going to remake them all, some of the old kits could really use an upgrade too 05 with hose angel wings. But see, I saw sure, the old HGs have some problems, but they are pretty good kits with nice proportions. They should just go straight to MG kits with these, increase the scale an inch with tons of articulation. Shiny ABS armor with undergating so they can plate them metallic colors. The other thing is, I just bought the chogokins, a new HG had better be mindblowing. I'd rather them give me a new PG Eva.

Interesting, I wonder what will be different, the original kits arn't that bad as it is. I bet they will make the arms with joints instead of being rubber. Probably a whole lot of joints everywhere. But see, this sucks, a friend of mind gave me all the EVA kits and I've only built a couple out of the stack, now there is a new version?

I don't know why people get so hot for Lucy, there are more attractive asian actressess out there. However Uma, she is pretty hot. Tarnteno is overrated, yes his movies are good, but not that good, not good enough to worship him. All the scenes I've seen of this movie don't get me fired up nearly as much as any clip from Crouching Tiger or Drunken master. Crouching Tiger was finally how a martial arts story should be told, not more cheesey pop anime inspired ninja crap, we already have the matrix. Can't the genre be taken seriously? Lone wolf and cub movie? Mixing animation into a live action movie never works, never, I point to Tank girl and that Bill Murry/Chris Rock piece of trash who's name escapes me. Don't feed me pop culture and fancy razmataze, create it. Dammit, too many movies suck these days.

The figures look very cheaply made, in fact they make the models look expensive. Plus the packaging is awful.

Every movie that does a "retelling" or is "reimagined" is sure to be a big POS. Classic movies can't be made into another classic. The next batman doesn't need to retread what everybody has known for their entire lives. I want to see new adventures in a new style that skips the time taking origin sequence. In my opinion all Berry needs in that picture is suggestively placed lolipop or piece of fruit. I rate her as being on the same level as charlie sheen, if that. Liv tyler would be a better catwoman, let her keep the elf ears...

I don't know man, I'm burnt out on buying Falcons. If Bandai can make one like they make the trek ships I think that be the best thing ever. I do get a lot of chogokin stiff, but, I don't know, for 300 bucks the whole interior should be crafted in there. But thats just my opinion, if your happy, thats what matters.

I saw enough of her in Monster's Ball. Personally I can't stand her, I think she is a bad actress with a big ego, too big of an ego. They could go find a talented unknown to become Storm in the next X-men movie. I have no interest in seeing her as Catwoman. That costume is a joke. Thats worse than batman with nipples and an ass crack, wore than Arnold as freeze. How is she supposed to fight crime like that? I suppose she will lap dance the criminals into submission. Thats no catwoman, thats an insult. They took the look too far away from the concept, now its just a leather bond chick with cat ears and a whip. That movie is going to bomb big time and her career is going to crumble like the cheap foundation its made of.

I think a lot of those people suffer from the same syndrome as the transformer fans. The majority is so eger and desperate for new adventures or continuation of the characters that they will blindly accept a big steaming turd through their own ignorance. Its like going against the church on those boards. A shame too, because this CGI thing was crap city. Too bad the good voice actors are so expensive, but I'm sure something could have been tried to entice them. I under stnad the money issue, but they could have gotten somebody that sounded like the original shipwreck more, like a sailor. I bet the credit for snake-eye was the guy who's body movements they scanned in, it all looked like bad motion scans to me. I'm hoping RHino releases the orignal episodes on DVD soon. Nothing like seeing airtight fly a giant hyperdermic needle into a glowing blob then killing it with apples for a 30 min TV show. Thats an adventure...in insanity.

I heard Seed two is called Acorn... I think it tradition to blow up just about everything at the end of story in Gundam. Its the same with Sentai, they destroy all the vehicles at the end in the ultimate battle. I hope the sequel has even wilder designs..

Roy, I agree 100%. Duke reminded me of the commander from that toy movie, you know the one where figure come to life and attack those figures that look like creatures. Commandos something.... Well he looked just like the leader. The whole thing was crap. The cartoon was better. Voice acting was pretty crappy. Most of the original voice actors are still alive, I mean that wasn't shipwreck man. In the original cartoon cobra had tons of insane snake looking vehicles that never made it to toys. It was a big piece of crap. Bad CGI, I mean something didn't look right.

I think the majority of games these days are crap on every system. I think the gems I want are mostly at the PS2 camp. There are games I want at Xbox and cube, but not in a quantity that make buying a system worth it for me. I almost got a gamecube when metroid came out, that was the closest I ever came, but it just didn't get me enough. I want to say the magic price is 79-59 bucks for GC, but the honest answer is it's not. At this point I want to see what nintendos does. In this day and age all systems have to be backwards compatable in order to be competitive, so I'm willing to hold out for N's next system and pic up the the games I like from Cube when it launches. Same with Xbox.

I have serious doubts about his permission offically by Hasbro. If he was to be an offical answer guy he wouldn't of had his real name tossed about so often. Fame doesn't exist is big companies, you could be gone tomorrow, thats why you don't see credit on the back of packaging. I'm not shedding any tears for this guy turning to vapor. The best info came from leaks and ebay auctions anyway. He's one guy who shouldn't be thought of any more than the people he works with. It takes a lot of talented people to put together a line, not one man, and its pissed me off that people thanked him so often as if he was the Harry Potter of transformer.

Thats a nice color job, but it still looks like a clunker. On the Orson thing, who gives a rats ass? Do you really think he was the only person on the Hasbro TF design team? He's made himself into a superstar over there on the MBs. And just saying somebody at the company is a "sour grape" will probably get him removed from working on TFs. Its better this way. If he had a bunch of fans following him there would be a campagne to keep him in his golden position if Hasbro moved to replace him. Thats not how if should be, I don't like his work and I'd rather see a new guy step up to the plate with a fresh persepctive.

Doesn't look to poseable. Looks like jet mode is riding on his back, not integrated with the body. Giant wings should rotate back into a cape thing, not just swing back and make this figure a pain to put on a shelf. Dude, I ask you guys, must he look so much like Galvatron? Sure thats cool, but where is the jet in this figure? Its like a G1 character that strapped on a backpack for a new mode. I'd like to see a re-invented Galvatron, an update. I mean this guy looks like the G1 character too much. That and he looks like a cheapass HK rip off toy. I thought they had designers at hasbro?

Yeah, I'm just 30 min's from Easten in MD, right on the Delmarva penensula. Tied down the deck furniture this morning and put tape on the windows. A good storm surge could come right to my door. Its really quiet out, just the wind is blowing, even the crickets are hushed. I have a huge portion of my collection of toys out in a shed, so if that blows away or something...Well even isurance won't bring it all back. Bah, its only toys... This should be interesting though...
