I did preordered it, but I consider canceling it since I’m broke and it’s different scale from the only one I own. The only Macross that I own is he new DX VF-1J 1/48 and I haven’t opened it yet.

Is mixing scale really bad?

Should I wait and stick with the 1/48 scale only?

@Lockdown I myself had to sell most of my Macross collection due to a messy divorce back in 2006. I was more then upset about it. I walked away from MW at that time because it hurt once I started to get back on my feet and saw that I might have been able to keep a few more things rather then selling them.

Now that my children have become more independent and I am back in a place to start again, I to purchased the DX VF1J. This thing is amazing. The Delta collection seems amazing but I cannot at this time justify the costs. Maybe if some reissues happen I may reconsider.

I myself decided to stay away from the Arcadia line. At least for now. I have been getting the HMR 1/100 Bandai line. I have to say, they are really fun! But just those 2 lines for me, for now. Always put your financial responsibilities first. If that purchase is going to cause you some difficulty,  I would say save your money. 

Still haven't figured out how to get my old account back. Because it had been almost 13 years..maybe more. Neither here nor there though as I am happy to see MW still buzzing and teaming with life!

I found this. I have never ordered from them. I do recall searchingfor the VF-1J myself about 1.5 months ago. What I read was enough for me to be weary and search elsewhere for one.

1/100 VF-1J Super Valkyrie - Hi-Metal R Bandai Hikaru Ichijo - opened and displayed robot mode, never transformed $80 

1/100 VF-1S Strike Valkyrie - Hi-Metal R Bandai Roy Focker + special standing base - opened and displayed Gerwalk mode, so half transformed once $185

Cant afford all of them now, but at least 1 or 2. Wondering if I could trouble for pictures if available. Thank you.

How are the color schemes chosen once they are pre-ordered? I'm looking at the VF-1J above, Low vis version has 2 shades of blue, but on the site the version D is dark gray. Just asking for clarification purposes.

That helps. If I am correct in counting the X's in front before the @ symbol, I think I have a solid idea as it is first initial/last name. I am confident I know what the second X after M is. I am also confident that , that former provider no longer exists in my state. Regardless this does help.

   Just got back to a place where I can slowly begin collecting again. The title above says it all. I know that the 1/48 Bandai VF-1J is gonna be rough, but its a beautiful piece. I have checked on Ebay and the price is a little steep but, if I can find it here first that would be ideal. As for the Bandai VF-1 1/100 series I plan to slowly pick away at obtaining those. Good morning, afternoon or evening. I am seeking assistance in an area I am not sure who to reach out to. I joined MW over 10 years ago. My original Username was Rune. I have had a long time away doing life and have finally gotten to a point where I can afford (man did I miss a lot of great toys) renewing my collection. The issue I have is, I think that my previous username had an email I am not able to even recall. So, today I created a new user profile to at least start. However being that the original one holds very fond memories with the members here as well as the time it was created I am asking if anyone knows who I ask/seek to get that one back. Or even if it is possible. If not then oh well.
