    Gundam Stands & Detolf Display Case

    Hello,

    I was looking for some glass display case options and came across this thread. This little blog also has a nice review of the Ikea’s Detolf Glass Display Case.

    And I really like the lockable part. Are there any other popular options? Ideally I'd like something a little bigger (mostly in width) but not too much more expensive. Buying 3 and sitting them side by side as kiririth has shown above looks very nice but its not quite as flexible as a single unit would be. The vertical panes of glass between the units keep long items from being laid down. So to me a single unit 3x as wide at 3x the cost would be a better deal and the cost of materials should be cheaper as less glass is needed but I don't see any products out there that fit that bill.

    Cooperative multiplayer video game

    I remember playing a cooperative multiplayer space shotter in a Dave & Busters in Houston TX in the late 90's. The hardware the game was played with looked exactly like this:

    Yet I can't recall the name of the game and I'm not having any luck finding it with google.

    Up to 6 or 7 people could play. Each player controlled a turret on the same space ship and the ship was flying through space on more or less a fixed course that wasn’t controlled by the players. The players simply had to shoot all the bad guys that were shooting at the player’s ship before their ship was destroyed.

    Could someone please point me in the right direction? I think this may have been the first game that utilized this type of hardware that took up most of a room.

    So does anyboy know if these were all ready released at the last Wonder Fest about a month ago? Or are they going to be released at the next Wonder Fest in August?

    I'm pretty sure some were at the last Wonder Fest as I've seen one of each on Yahoo Japan already.

    Yes, that is mine. I haven't finished mine but I have seen pictures of this kit completed. I'll see if I can dig them up, it was several years ago though so don't hold your breath.

    The only place you might find an original is on Yahoo Japan, however I think this kit has been recast a time or two by others.

    Yeah, and I never even knew those were supposed to be there. Don't recall seeing them in the animation or in any artwork.

    They're in the episode with the Synchro Cannon when Rand/Ray gets all angry on the blonde male Invid/Inbit.

    Any chance of someone posting a screen capture showing these missles as seen in this episode?

    CM were very on the ball about not taking pictures today but TokyoHunter did snap something I missed in the fuss. CMs will also be releasing a Black / Dark Legioss as well. When you see his pic you will see it's currently built out of a green Legioss body with a different head, shoulders, chest intakes and gun. Anyways more later!

    Has anyone seen TokyoHunter's picture of the Shadow Legioss built out of a green Legioss body yet? I've been eager to see a better picture of it and so far nothing.

    This picture is in the Animedia Mospeada Graffiti book near the back.

    This one? If so I have it and need to dig it out and check.

    Harmony Gold used the design in the Wildstorm Invasion comic book and in the Invasion video game. They used it as some sort of Invid Artillery mecha.

    If anyone here has this comic I'd love to see a scan.

    So you are asking me to confirm if this strange invid is real Moespeada lineart? I believe it is... I've seen it before. I also noticed that the image you attached isn't the same image that is seen at Rubberslug. So I assume its safe to assume you've seen it somewhere else as well.

    P.S. I take that back... the picture at Rudderslug is a cropped version of the picture you attached. It's been cropped to remove the bubble wrap around the edge. So where did you get the uncropped image?

    It's a friend of mine who owns some original artwork of Mospeada.

    I've insisted but he doesn't want to show them...:( He only authorizes me to leave this pic you've seen.

    Maybe one day i hope i'll succeed to change his mind.

    Well keep working at it. I'd love to see what he has.

    I've found a pic of an strange invid shown beside on rubberslug, i don't remember have seen it in anime or Mospeada lineart.

    Could you confirm that, Carl ?

    Just a little confused. What is rubberslug? What is it that you want me to confirm?

    I think it's the green foot you see next to the Yellow ride armor (SaveRobotech said they used a green Legioss body as the basis). You can see what looks like a different type of gun.

    Ahhh... I see that now.

    Tired and beaten by 50mph winds at WF. Ok will write more later but not really new news on the Legioss / Tread sets other than they are still not out.
